We purchased personalized aprons as prizes for an upcoming event. The images were transferred to the aprons and they all look very good. We are pleased with the time that it took to receive the product as well as the quality.

The glasses we received had the engraving not properly lined up at all, they were not centered front to back as requested. I reached out to have them redone or receive a refund and these requests were denied without any apologies for the poor work despite sending pictures as proof.
I was hesitant about using the company as the proofs were already a hassle to get finalized as the adjustment requests were continuously done improperly.

Items were received very quick and they were very helpful in creating the design and helping to make it better than what i even asked for.
