Adam went above and beyond to assist with my issues and configuration and helped me with recommendations that were great.

My gf and I have had a great experience this far working with the wired nomad. He is very knowledgeable about the whole process from the setup, to the different troubleshooting options when we run into confusion or troubles, and even has answers to all the “what if X happens” nervous questions that my gf is consistently spiraling about. We have been able to easily setup multiple meetings and he has been quite responsive to every email we send, even to letting us know when he will be on vacation or out of town to explain for potential unresponsiveness. We are also very grateful that he bears with us without any frustration at our lack of knowledge of this tech realm. We couldn’t recommend the wired nomad more!!

I’m so happy to find this website/blog for instructions to set up my own VPN at home! When I ran into technical difficulties setting it up due to my inexperience with Linux prompts, the author even gave me extra instructions via DMs/emails which eventually helped me complete the whole VPN set up on my own! He was also very responsive whenever I reached out for help with troubleshooting the VPN during the time I was abroad using it. I’m so grateful to have found this blog and its owner.

I had been struggling with my travel VPN for a while, going through various resources but still unable to figure it out. The Wired Nomad was an incredible help. As soon as I explained the issue, they quickly identified where I might have gone wrong. Reached out to TWN as I was struggling to set up a travel router for remote work abroad. My home ISP is very restrictive & my only option was to use Tailscale. There were a few final steps, which I couldn’t figure out, even after looking through dozens of forum posts. TWN helped me get everything finalized and 100% set up, giving me full confidence that I would be able to take my travel router with me without any doubts. He walked me though everything and fully verified that it was working properly. Couldn’t recommend his services enough, I was on a very tight schedule - flights/accommodations already booked - and he made it all work out in the end. Was very happy with the whole VPN setup process and lots if support received would have never managed this on my own!

At the beginning, I got decent help but then when I ran into a technical issue following their instructions, they did not respond to my last two emails. In my second to last emai, I was asking for another meeting. There was no response. I got nervous and tried to look up the issue on my own. Im last email I shared some possibilities I looked up as a solution. Again, no reply. As I was on a tight deadline, I found a tech person to help me. My problem with Wired Nomad is that my consultation and payment was for effectively nothing because I couldn’t continue with their proposed solution. It wasn't clear to me that we couldn't do more sessions.
