I have two accounts that i setup one for myself and one for my mother. My account has been great the second account i setup for my mother well that one does not work. I bought a 2 year service and I get ghosted when looking to get it fixed. I cannot log into the service. I have used whats app, live chat, email, carrier pigeon. No response from anyone. totally ghosted. If you want to donate to these people go for it. I will not use the service again. There are others out there. F them.

Been using them successful ly for 6 months. Trying to get hold of them on 3 of their support platforms ... No luck. Due for renewal today but will not renew. Pity really...

Shit doesn't work. Tried to buy a 3 month subsciption with apple pay and ended up buying some crypto and it all ended there. So information on how to ger pass that. Don't waste your money

They were suppirting and answering me during pre payment, when we paid they gave a mail with username and password. But this is not working. Now that we paid them They never answered to me again in customer service.

I've tried a few providers and always found if the service was good, the support was lacking, or vice versa. Neocaster is great for both. The service is stable, good variety, and the support is really handy and responds fairly quickly. Pretty happy after around a half year of usage.

I have been trying to contact neocastertv for three days and have left many emails and whatsapp messages nut have not received any response. All this despite that fact that I have just made a 2 year subscription. There are many good reviews on Trustpilot. Are they all genuine reviews?

3rd time I renew my service and I’m really happy, is the service with more content over competitors and the price is really accesible. Customer service have always been polite and kind. i totally recommend it
