Selling someone else's products
Total rip off, this company is buying furniture from other companys, sue ryder in my case and selling them off as their own products. In my opinion they the tried to mislead me by putting their stickers over the top of the Sue Ryder branding. A real shame, tried to support a family run business in an effort to support independent businesses only to find that they're just ripping me off. A real shame, I would advise to avoid and to check elsewhere for the same products.

If I was able to give them minus stars, believe me, I would. Stay clear of this scamming company. All you have to do is look at the reviews. The only few positives are probably their family members 🤣
They ignore their emails and phones. Have changed their social media accounts so you cannot comment to ask questions etc.
They buy items cheap as chips And then double the price! The items are from B&M and even disgustingly from charities such as Sue Ryder! If I had known Sue Ryder sold half the stuff I would buy it all from them knowing I was helping a charity and not some god awful company that has zero interest about its customers.
Now watch and wait for their copied and pasted response Like they do to everyone about ‘All few customer hurl abuse before being sorted’. Nothing gets sorted by them because they don’t answer the phone or email.
An absolute joke. Stay clear please for your own sanity 🤣

Delighted with my Purchase
Ordered a large white twig heart in the middle of lockdown and understandably delivery was delayed - I sent a couple of emails enquiring about a delivery date and both times received prompt polite replies. The heart arrived today and I absolutely love it - the quality is great and well worth the price. I have seen it on several other websites at nearly double the price I paid The White Lighthouse which also included free delivery. I have read some of the bad reviews for this company but can only speak from my own very positive experience and would have no hesitation In buying from them again.

It would be great if someone could finally reply to my emails that I have been sending for a few days! My order has been delivered with a few items missing without any information whatsoever, and seems that no one cares much! The worse customer service. I'd! Like my money back! This is not Cool I would definitely NOT recommended that company to anyone!!! Then when I commented on fb page that they owe me my money the next day comment was gone ! I will be calling the credit card company to get my money back if I can't do it with you!

I’m a repeat customer at the white lighthouse & I can not speak highly enough about this store, I never write online reviews but I thought following receipt of a large order late last week that I needed to express my appreciation!! I’ve bought a number of home decor items & furnishings, I’ve received no end of compliments on these from friends & family, the pieces are so unique & beautiful! All transactions have been smooth, customer service excellent & I’m always delighted to find a little niche treasure trove with a different vibe! No doubt I’ll be back again soon!!

Avoid this company, poor customer service
Avoid this company. After seeing the good reviews I ignored the bad ones and I really wish I hadn't.
The courier they use attempted to deliver to us without informing us of when delivery would be and didn't leave a card letting us know. I chased the delivery and on attempts to arrange re delivery with them (after 30 mins of being on hold) they were rude and said they are unable to give us a delivery date. We both work full time so we are unable to receive the items without a date of delivery. The company did not help us at all to try and sort this problem out. They stopped replying to our emails. When you call them they dont answer and there is an automated message advising to email them. Please see other negative reviews with the same experience as us.
In the end we told the courier company to send the items back to the whitelighthouse for a refund as they couldn't give us a delivery date. The company continued to avoid replying to us and ignored our refund request. Luckily we got our money back after raising a dispute on PayPal against them. Avoid at all costs!

I felt need to put this review on multiple platforms so more people can see it. Please see below email from PayPal and decide for yourselves. I dont think having a delivery date is unreasonable. Most courier companies let you know the date and even time of delivery. This courier company gave us a 5 day window which is ridiculous! That isn't even my main concern. I would have fully appreciated that they couldn't give us a date of delivery had the company just told us this and apologised but instead they ignored us. It is funny how they are available to reply to my bad reviews instantly but couldn't reply to my emails to sort out our problem at the time. Fascinating!

i ordered three basket draw unit
i ordered three basket draw unit. it was delivered quickly and on initial inspection i was thrilled. however one of the baskets was larger and appeared to be jarred into its space. To removed it would have damaged it.
I emailed White Lighthouse as you cannot reach them by phone. I had no response so I emailed again stating the problem and asking if we could do something re the problem without having to return whole unit. There response was for me to return the complete thing. I then emailed again and stated that I was pleased with the order except for the one basket -that was incorrect. I would have gladly paid for a new basket so the unit was correct. No response, i emailed again asking for their input no response. I feel that their customer service is diabolical and so rude as not to at least respond to communications from their customers.
I would not deal with them again. They have a lot to learn re how to treat their customers. If you are thinking of buying from them pray that it arrives in perfect order otherwise it could become a costly purchase

Yes I understand that but why should I have to pay for return of a stool I love but it is faulty in that it has been poorly trimmed and shouldn't hsv been sent out like that. It would be different if I'd changed my mind.

Nice furniture but inaccuracies and poor communication!!!
I have just received my chest of draws today. It arrived as promised in two working days and is a lovely piece of furniture.
However on inspection I have noticed that the draws are dusty and very dirty.I would upload a photo to show you if possible.I would expect a new piece of furniture to come in a clean state. Also, what annoyed me even more, on the web site it states that the item is 59cm wide.I emailed to check this because the space I require it for is quite tight.The response was, because they are hand made I should allow a couple of centimetres either way.So I would expect then that it could be 63 cm maybe even 65...but it's 74cm!! Why such inaccuracy!!
Furthermore, don't bother trying to contact these lot, no response by phone and they don't get back to emails either!
