Bristol Cider Shop has been showcasing the very best in local, independent cider since 2010. We’re on a mission to introduce people to the world of *proper* cider and we’re so proud to say we've even been named the UK’s Independent Cider Retailer of the Year, twice. *If you’re not sure what we mean by proper cider, check out our guide to Craft Cider. We work with the best, award-winning, craft cider-makers in the UK and pick their very best ciders to feature in our mixed cider cases. The cases are arranged by taste and style so you can pick the one that suits you or you can choose an introductory/ taster case for a mix of different flavours. Our cider range: Rather than trying to stock a huge range, we sell about 100 varieties. All of which have carefully handpicked, so you know that every cider you get from us is top quality. We proud to say we know all of our producers personally, and we can even go so far as to tell you where the cider was made, who made it and what it tastes like. All of our ciders are personally selected and tested by our tasting panel, so we know it’s great stuff. Comprising industry professionals plus occasionally a lucky customer, friends or family, we taste hundreds of ciders, and only the highest scoring will make the cut. Our values: Cider trends come and go, but our values remain the same as the day we started: We only sell cider made from 100% fresh-pressed juice - not from concentrate. We only sell cider made on traditional cider farms - not from factories. We only sell cider that is naturally fermented - not artificially produced.

The initial delivery was 2 boxes short
The initial delivery was 2 boxes short, a problem from DHL delivery team, emailed Bristol cider shop customer service team was emailed back in 40 minutes to be told missing boxes would be sent next day delivery, excellent customer service.

5 Star Customer Service
I ordered a box of ciders for my friends 40th birthday. I ordered in plenty of time and unfortunately my original order did not turn up to their address. I contacted Becky from Bristol Cider Shop who replied within 24 hours, apologetic and sent a next day delivery parcel with extra gifts. Although there was issues with the order arriving / arriving on time this was a fault of DHL and not of Bristol Cider Shop. I want to thank Becky for being brilliant from start to finish. Im looking forward to purchasing a box of my own!
