The Watch Directory Anmeldelser

I wanted to find a specific model of Cartier Baignoire and The Watch Directory achieved it: good service, following up quickly, setting the right delivery expectations and meeting it.
Thanks Jonathan!

Great service, ordered a watch and they didn’t have it in stock. I was called to explain there maybe a delay. When I explained it was for 21st birthday they did everything they could to source the watch I wanted and it was delivered on time. Great customer service would recommend this company. I have used twice now and will continue to.

Great service, Jonathan sourced me a Breitling Colt Automatic

Honest, informative and a great saving

5 stars

It was such a pleasure to chat with Jonathan regarding my purchase. I was torn between 2 watches and he helped me come to the right decision professionally and effortlessly. As soon as I placed the order I knew it was the right choice. The service from start to finish was second to none. I was kept informed throughout and was made to feel special as opposed to just another customer. I will happily recommend the Watch Directory to anyone and everyone.

I picked up my Omega last Friday and the service I received from the Watch Directory was first class. Johnathan obviously has a real passion for watches, and it shows with his knowledge and advice. I would highly recommend the Watch Directory to any family member or friend who is looking for a new watch.

The purchase of my Panerai was made effortless with first class service from The Watch Directory - a huge thank you !!

Highly recommended *****

After speaking with Johnathan, who was both knowledgeable and professional, about a Tag for my son's 18th, I placed an order. I was kept informed about delivery and the watch arrived sooner than anticipated. Delivered on the day of my choice and securely packaged. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.

Very good product, nice watch good price. Arrived on time and kept informed by Jonathan. Well pleased, would recommend this company if you want good service And nice watch.

The first Omega Speedmaster we ordered had a little bent minute hand and was exchanged immediately within a few days. The second one had a warranty card number that did not match the number on the watch. This was also corrected without any problems.
Everything very well handled on the phone and by e-mail.

Purchased a new Bremont chronometer at a very interesting price.

Luckily, the model I wanted was listed as "in stock", so no need to wait around for an order. Was dispatched promptly to me via Fedex arriving quickly.

Jonathan was honest and helpful in steering me through the options available, so I could make the final choice fully informed.

Would recommend The Watch Directory to other serious watch buyers.

Trepidatious with ordering a watch from an unknown online supplier, I have been impressed by Jonathan and The Watch Directory team’s service. The ground breaking Tissot watch I was seeking was received today, in the brand’s presentation box and with the full set of paperwork including the completed guarantee from a Tissot authorised dealer. I will have no hesitation to order from The Watch Directory again and to recommend it to others.

Excellent service from Jonathon. First class. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a prestigious watch

Jonathan was fantastic, he helped me find my perfect first watch and made the process very easy for me.

Great, efficient service at an excellent price. Knowledgeable and friendly throughout.

Good service, fast reply to all questions. I would reccommend.

First class service bought numerous watches from Jonathan.
Highly recommend anyone to give them a try

trust worthy is the main feedback I have for Watch Directory, followed by responsive!

Bought a Reverso via cash on collection. Smooth transaction and everything as said. Top dealer.

Very good experience. Several phone conversations which confirmed which watch I wanted. Jonathan was very helpful. Speedy delivery and a very happy customer.

I have wanted to part exchange my watch for some time now but due to my circumstances needed to do this online. But I was terrified to send a valuable watch through the post and trust that I would receive another in return. I had seen quite a few good reviews for this company and when I made contact with them I instantly felt they were the right company for me.
They acted quickly, kept me fully informed and if I emailed they got right back to me. 5 star service for sure. In about a week I had a lovely new watch. It was so easy. I can not recommend them highly enough. A great deal and a great service. Many thanks.
