4 months and still waiting for my refund!
Only one star as it is not possible to give 0 stars. I am still waiting for a refund for shows I sent back in January. Was told in February that my refund was delayed but on its way. Now emails are undelivered anD the phoneline doesn’t work. Does this company still exist? How do I get my money back?

Very disappointed
I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoes in different colours, both of which showed as available. My credit card was debited and I received a confirmation email. A few days later I received two emails to say that neither of the shoes I ordered could be found in the warehouse. Very disappointing.

Hi Debby. We are really sorry that you were left disappointed. Unfortunately, on fast-moving styles there is occasionally an error on the in's & out's recorded in the stock system so when we went to physically find them they were not there, you just had very bad luck that it was both pairs. We did refund your money back onto your credit card as soon as we realised this and we apologise once again.

Hi guys
Hi guys, love your products. Now have the black leather runners and black boots. Rock chick vibe going on here!! So thrilled to have found super comfort boots and runners. Had cancer in the passed which for some reason left me with planters fasciitis, really painful foot complaint. Eased over the years but if I wore the wrong shoes it would be back. Delighted to say when I wear your fab boots and runners I have no issues at all to the point where I forgot I had that complaint. So thank you from the bottom of my heart and I hope that you get to continue your wonderful journey and that I get to purchase more of your products.
