I recently bought an Omega Seamaster from this family-run business and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From my initial enquiry through to delivery, communication was excellent. The watch arrived exactly as described, was beautifully packaged and clearly had been cared for.

What really stood out was the customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions I had, both before and after the purchase. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in what they do.

It’s easy to find watches for sale online, but finding a business you can trust is much harder. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality timepiece, and I’ll certainly be keeping an eye on their stock for future additions to my collection.

Ho acquistato un Hamilton Estoril 300 degli anni sessanta apparentemente in buone condizioni. L'orologio effettivamente tiene il tempo ma ha difetti evidenti non descritti nell'annuncio di vendita. Il datario non è regolabile e molto probabilmente il meccanismo di regolazione è rotto. Inoltre la corona non si avvita, non garantendo così l'impermeabilità dell'orologio.

Vostok Europe Red Square. Another excellent VE watch i purchased from this company. It's in great condition and at a great price, keeps very good time and with next day delivery. Nick is very helpful and has some very difficult to come across Vostok watches at great prices. As I posted before, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this seller.

My 1972 Tissot Stylus was delivered today and it's stunning and better than the photos on the website. This is my second purchase from Watchaholic and it was delivered on time presented safely and securely and will not be the last watch I buy from them I'm sure

It’s often when things go wrong that you see the true nature of an online seller.
I bought an Omega watch from Watchaholic that turned out to have a peculiar fault. (The date did not always advance properly late in the month). I emailed them to explain the issue, and within a couple of hours they got back to me and we resolved the issue very amicably.
Their honesty, communication and helpfulness was exemplary. My next and subsequent purchase will be from them.

This site has been my first choice for family and friend gifts on their birthday/xmas present. And all of the recipients use word like "wow", "oh my god", "best present ever" - no negative at all.
Watches seem to be going out of fashion due to reliance on their mobile. on all occasions they have all gone back to watches on their wrist and say "I don't know how I stopped using a wrist watch.
There friends seem to all notice hoe elegant they look.

What can I say..... first class experience from start to finish. Absolutely stunning collection, both new and vintage, Nick couldn't have been more helpful, certainly not pushy, and doesn't put you under any pressure whatsoever,( I visited three times before purchasing). He certainly knows his stuff 👍. I will be using his services and expertise again for definite.
