Thank you so much for leaving us a review, although it's a huge shame to see there's areas we've let you down on...

It would be great to have a bit more of a conversation around your experience with using Noobru, like your routine and daily structure, as there may be some work we can do around getting much more out of the active ingredients. We've requested more information, so if you wouldn't mind responding to this we'll see what we can do for you.

In terms of the reminder emails, that's incredibly helpful to hear - we're always looking to improve the customer experience, so knowing where we've gone wrong gives us a nudge in the right direction. You certainly shouldn't have received multiple emails within the week, so we'll look to try and tweak this moving forward.

I'm so sorry your first experience with us was a little way off where we'd both like it to be, but I'm optimistic we can really get things back on track in the near future!

Hi Paul,

First of all, thanks so much for reaching out and for highlighting the issues with your subscription and original order. It's such a shame we were so far off the mark, but hopefully after having spoken to us things are now settled and resolved for you!

Just to be clear, I'm pleased we were able to organise the return of the original order, it certainly sounds like this was the right resolution for you in the end. We did want to offer a replacement for anything you felt wasn't up to scratch to make up for the original issue, but I can see why this didn't work for you.

In terms of your subscription renewing, there is two things going on here:

- We cannot see any previous communication referencing or requesting a subscription cancellation. We would always follow through with a cancellation request if we're asked, but there's multiple options you have to take advantage of including a pause or a reduction in quantity. From the looks of it, you set yourself up for a subscription that renewed once every 3 months, and this is what happened on the second order.

- We absolutely do not try to make managing your subscription difficult. We've dedicated an entire management portal to adjusting your subscription on our website: www.noobru.com

If there is anything that we can clarify at all on managing your subscription (which now looks to have been cancelled), please don't hesitate to reach out and ask. It would genuinely never be an inconvenience or an issue.

We do hope to one day see you return, but if there's anything else we can do you know where to find us!

Thank you so much for leaving a review, although it's a real shame to see we missed the mark for you!

Your order certainly shouldn't have taken a month to arrive with you and that's disappointing to hear. Are you certain the delivery itself was delayed? We'd love to investigate what's happened there.

In terms of the hard powder, that also doesn't sound right - the powder should free flowing, although we have heard of instances where the sachets are either compressed or affecting by humid conditions when stored away at home. The effectiveness should not be affected, but it can prove a little more difficult to mix into your water.

What a shame to hear there's been an auto renewal for your subscription you weren't intending for. Please don't worry, whilst we completely understand there can be a little confusion around subscriptions, we should be able to put this right without an issue.

First of all, we have received your emails and placed your renewed order on hold whilst our team works their way to getting back in touch with you. We're justing getting through a bit of a backlog from the holiday season! If we need to cancel this order for you, we will.

We took a quick look back at your previous communication and orders with us, and whilst you did ask about subscription discounts in early December, at that stage you did not have a subscription with us - it does look like we clarified the questions you asked in that email too, including directions on how to adjust the subscription frequency once you had one with us.
