Company refuses to send missing battery
I pirchased the womens hested jacket as a christmas gift and i did shop early. The gift came and no batteries where shipped with the jacket making this 160 coat useless. I contacted the company amd they refuse to send a replacement battery even though its a christmas gift because it is outside of the 30day warranty window. I have gotten nothing but the run around and even asked to speak to a manager and the call was disconnected. Worst customer servixe ever, even apple and at&t can do better customer service. This compant advertises as a family owned and operated company...well you might want to start reflecting some of those family values in your customer servixe policies. 1 million out of 1 million i will never recommened this store and im leaving a bad teview on every site i can find. Its ridiculous to not send a needed part and then refuse to replace it and THEN the customer has to pay an additonal 15p bucks because you couldnt do your job in the first place and make sure the coat had everything it needed bwfore you shipped it. Worst company ever and hands down sorriest customer support team. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Update from original post: I stand corrected, an owner of the company contacted us tonight via email offering a suitable resolution, multiple apologies AND not once did he offer any excuses- which in my book reverses my original recommendation. I would recommend purchase but I would strongly encourage customers to check their purchase after receipt keeping in mind the 30day warranty

I had purchased a pair of Korkers on Dec 2 so I would be fully prepaired for the harsh winters in ND we get with lots of snow and ice. On Dec 23 still no boots so I call them to find out what the issue is. So here’s straight to the point they are a 3rd party store and they have to get the product from the manufacturer ( a difference place) there for even if it says it’s in stock you will not recieve it anytime soon because they have to wait to get it yet and once they recieve it from the manufacturer it will take an additional 15 to 16 additional days to receive it after that. . It will be a total of 2 full months I have wait .i bought them because I seriously needed them for this year. If I would’ve known that, I had to wait two months to get these boots I would’ve looked elsewhere. Or bought at Shields in Minit ND . Now as the snow snd ice is comming strong iam un prepared do to false information on actually having product having people think and believing they will have there product in 2 weeks tops. Iam NOT happy piece of shit company and discieving .

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. The current reviews posted are accurate. Card was charged 3 days after purchase, no response in the "chat" when asking about tracking information. Christmas is 2 days away, no idea where my partners $127.50 muck boots are. Never ordering from the COLD "warm" store ever. Again.

Horrible service and follow up - places a significant order December 2nd - called on the 12th said I would have order the 14 - called today told it was back ordered and would not get by Christmas’s - this lace has no inventory - no tracking of orders - don’t eat your time - thanks for screwing up my Holiday
Terrible. Deceptive selling practices.
Terrible. Ordered item. My card was charged. No tracking number provided. Called the company they advised item was back ordered. THIS WAS NOT MADE APPARENT AT TIME OF ORDER. They hold funds (In this case for 5 days) before item has reached the US (in another 5 days). Then will ship the item locally. Therefore receipt for item will take 10 days in total, and 5 days longer than it should have. As they are not shipping from a distribution center in the States. No communication from the company/ deceptive selling practices. They should only charge ones card when the item has shipped locally and a tracking # is provided. I will not purchase from this company again.
UPDATE: 12/13 -SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE >>NO NEW INFORMATION PERTAINING TO WHEREABOUTS OR DELIVERY/ ETA OF GOODS AS PAID FOR. I CANCELED THE ORDER AS A RESULT.
Excellent Experience, Quality Merchandise
My order arrived in 8 days which I consider good. The merchandise was excellent quality, very well constructed. I did have an issue with payment—my bank declined my initial payment so I had to call The Warming Store and after a number of attempts we were able to get the merchandise paid for. The customer service person was very pleasant and patient.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - WRONG INFO DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE, NO HELP. When ordering, at the top of the website it says that delivery is free but I had to pay 30$ for shipping of a pair of gloves. Then, even if I see that I'm on a Canadian website (little CAN flag next to the sign in mention) I realized that the charge was in $US !!! Finally I got a call from Fedex saying I will have to pay for import fees !!! Nothing of this was stated on the site. A $129 pair of gloves ended up being paid 240$ !!!! Impossible to talk to anybody by phone, no answer to email. This company isnt serious.
Do not Order from this company
First you have to pay 10$ for a label to exchange a size. They refused to waive this fee. Second no one responds to your emails. Then they didn't want to honor the sale price, ON AN EXCAHNGE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE from this company again. When you pay 180$ for a pair of slippers you should be able to exchange them for free. Not to mention I was told that that my new order will not ship until 7-10 business days. Never again with this company. Unfortunately, Just go buy them from somewhere else! I wish I would have!
The warming store is a joke
The warming store is a joke bought a pair of remote control heated socks. They came in and were dirty an the remote control didn't work. Communicated with them for a week trying to get a return RA# all I got was jerked around
Totally unreliable and exploitative practices
I paid $65 expedited shipping and it’s three weeks and have still not received the batteries for my heated ski gloves. I demanded my refund for the shipping and they refused. They have an F rating on BBB. Many other customers seem to have had the same problem. I don’t trust them at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM The Warming Store!
Placed order on 12/13/22. Paid for expediting shipment, 3 to 5 days. Called and emailed to check status, no reply or call back like they say they will. Called on 12/19/22, spoke to customer service. They stated, "sorry our system didn't let you know they item was backordered, they won't have it in their warehouse until 12/31/22". Please do yourself favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WARMING STORE!
Great experience
Great experience - bought an item on sale plus found a coupon - and ordered and the warming store had it up and delivered in no time flat - one of the quicker experiences and good deals I have had in a month or so - would spend money with this store again if there was something I needed that they were selling.

While trying to find a warming vest for my son-in-law for Christmas I came across this store. I had never heard of it before and didn’t know anyone that did. I found the vest that I thought would best suit his needs and ordered it. It was the best gift I could have given him. He has worn it every day. They even have a guarantee and an discount.
