Just purchased an nfl heated jacket. Company helped with a quick exchange for better size. Ive been wearing action heat since 2015 or so and they are the best heated liners out there.

This store is great! I purchased a few things for myself and my family during the Eagles season. The socks, vests and jackets kept us so warm when standing outside for the games! Shipped on time, quick and easy. Can't wait to try more products!

Customer service is non existent. After 1 month I’m still waiting for my refund. Stay away!

Purchased some heated gloves. My order was processed and shipped fast. I absolutely love these gloves. Game changer.

I recently order two things.One was a ladies puffer jacket which I absolutely love . True to size , love the color , the fit, and all the details . Gives me extra warmth and I get a lot of compliments on this jacket . Also ordered. plug in heated car seat . My brand new car didn’t not come with heated seats and this was a great and inexpensive way to help get thru the winters Love it!

Had their jacket for a while and I wear it often! I thought there was an issue with the battery (there wasn’t— it was my charger) and they quickly sent me another. I have had no issues with them and still use the jacket often. Had it about 3 years!

Great customer service. And I love my heated coat.

Their heated coats are the best!!! We’ve had a crazy cold winter in DC this year and I’ve worn their coats and gloves everyday. Life savers!

The Warming Store is excellent. Their heated jacket works perfectly in the cold and has great battery life! The website was easy to browse, shipping was quick, and their agent answered my questions on differences between their heated jackets when I called. I highly recommend using them.

This is a local Philly business that I found out about last year from a friend. I ordered Christmas gifts for all of my family and they made sure they got to me on time. Everyone loved their gifts and I was super pleased with the overall experience.

Bought several items from The Warming Store over several years and although shipping was very slow the products were always good. Then I tried exchanging an item I ordered for another size and discovered they truly SUCK!!! Sent multiple unanswered emails requesting help with the exchange. Then I tried calling. Was left on hold, only to be hung up on multiple times. Final got someone who could not speak English but did send me a return label for $9. Sent the item back a month ago and have never received my exchange, credit for the return or even an acknowledgement. Guess I will have to try to get my $230 back from my credit card company. Stay away from this business, they are horrible!

EDIT: I received an email from The Warming Store after posting this review offering to send me the item I'd ordered at no charge PLUS a free gift and they actually did it!! It shouldn't require posting bad reviews to receive good service BUT they certainly made up for it after the fact. I hope they correct any service issues from here on out because I LOVE the products they offer and would like to buy from them.
Crossed fingers...and thank you Warming Store. My original post: STAY AWAY from the warming store. Ordered 8 days ago and JUST got an email saying my order still hasn't shipped...so I called and was told "oh, so sorry, but our supplier is being slow and it won't ship for another 12 more days." So a 20 day (minimum) wait for my order to ship??? And it doesn't say anywhere on their product listing that it isn't in stock. I cancelled, now to hope I get my money back.

Awful, awful customer service. Wish I had read reviews before buying very expensive (and very good until they stopped working after only 40 uses - about $10 per use) heated gloves. While the gloves are out of warranty, they have no interest in following up or suggesting ways to repair the gloves - obviously not interested in repeat customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I had read these reviews. Do not deal with this company. I cancelled an order five weeks ago. They confirmed it was cancelled. They sent me the product anyway. I refused the product and usps returned it. After five weeks and literally daily emails, I received a refund minus a $10 charge for using my own label???? I will fight this too. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Buyer beware!!!!!

I had to return a coat for them because it was the wrong size. I want to replace my coat sent to me. I returned the coat to them via FedEx and they acknowledged receiving the coat. No replacement coat was sent out to me. I have contacted their customer service numerous times without any success. I have told them via email that if I didnt receive a replacement coat, I wanted a full refund. Still no response. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. EDIT- I recently received an email from the owner, and he genuinely apologized for the issues that I experienced. A replacement coat has since been received, and a discount was generated as a good faith gesture. I was also assured that he will be working with his customer service team so that communication between the customer and the team will be better going forward. I appreciate the personal correspondence that was initiated by the owner. As such, my initial review has been adjusted.

So far they sent the correct gloves and accepted my return. I'll see how this works out when I get my refund.
They we fast to respond and took care of business qiickly

I gave it 1 star because I couldn't figure out how to give it 0 stars. They lied to me on the phone about the availability of a product (heated socks) that I needed urgently for a trip. 3 days later, I get an email telling me it is on back order. I cannot reach their customer service number - I get put on hold and shortly after, the call disconnects. I have asked that they cancel the order and give me a refund. Not sure how long that will take! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Beware. The item never arrived. The shipping information clearly showed that it was never delivered and that the item was in the possession of the shipper. Exchanged 10 emails with them, and tried calling. The absolutely worse customer service -- Some offshore call center staffed by inept and terribly trained agents. Had to dispute the charge with credit card company who credited my account. Never any acknowledgement of wrong-doing on the part of the merchant.
