Needs improvement
It’s interesting but for me there are not very in depth, guided exercises. A little too general.

Thank you for your honest feedback Paulita!
Our courses are designed to share key concepts and practices that people can adapt to their own lives, rather than being highly prescriptive, as they are meant for a wide audience.
Many in our community found that this open approach helps them create lasting change in a way that feels authentic, but we absolutely understand that it isn't for everyone.
We’ll continue refining the content, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.
