Rubbish company no replies from email and don't pickup the phone I've raised a refund with paypal

total joke of a company never received my item total joke trying to contact by phone or email stay well clear of this place pay pal refund

Don't use. No response from email or phone.
Take your money and don't send goods.
PayPal claim is the only way to get your money back.

Avoid these at all costs!
I ordered the Wasp Nano Resin RDA at the end of September which was a pre-order with an expected delivery date of mid October, they also claimed they had exclusive right to sell this item in the UK, on the 20th of October I had still not received my item so I emailed them for an update, they never replied. A few days later I emailed again, still no reply! By this time I had noticed a lot of other vape shops/websites were selling this very item that the vaping guru claimed to have the exclusive rights to, after another few days & seeing a lot of posts popping up in various vaping groups on Facebook by others who had also placed an order but never received it & not got replies to their emails asking for updates, I emailed them again, guess what? No reply!!! I had to go to PayPal and claw my money back through a refund, I got it back yesterday approx. 1 month after I should have received my item! I have seen a lot of excuses coming from this coming on Facebook & they all seem like nonsense to me, I would not trust these one iota

Wanted to give these waste of space zero stars, but there is no option for that.
Ordered a Wasp Nano RDA beginning of October knowing that it was pre-order. Promised delivery for end of the month.
However have been trying to message them for status of order, but no-one replies.
Have had to file a claim to get my money back. It wasn't much, but its the principle of it.
If you cannot be bothered to look after customers, get the frick out of business!

Has ripped off hundreds of customers, not fulfilling orders. Mine was only a £10 rda but other have lost more. Has now cancelled my order and won't respond to dispute in PayPal. Making it as hard as possible to get money back. He has lied repeatedly. He's now on the Real Vape Scammers FB list. Hundreds of pages of complaints on Planet of the Vapes and Reddit. Avoid like the plague.

Order an item that was apparently in stock according to their website.

Received order confirmation, money gets taken out of my Paypal account, again no mention of any issues.

I'ts now been over 2 weeks and i've sent a load of emails and tried calling the number listed more times than I care to imagine (just goes to an answer phone), and can't get hold of anyone.

No idea where my goods are.

Filed a Paypal request for a refund, which is also being ignored by the seller.

Would recommend you steer clear - it's worth paying literally a couple of quid more to get whatever you want from a reputable seller.

Have a look on planetofthevapes forums if you want to get an idea of what's been happening with a number of people.

Ordered an RDTA. Received nothing. Got a refund 4 weeks later.

Placed two orders at TVG that I never received. The shipping date for my orders got changed so many times that I lost count. I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. I was told that they were "working thru the refunds" and I'd get mine soon. It never happened. They then sent me a message with what they called "proof" that I had already been refunded. The "proof" was a screenshot of their computer system with my order on the screen with a "refunded" status next to it. But all they did was mark me as refunded on their computer system and send me a screenshot. I had not actually been refunded a single penny. When I asked for a screenshot of the PayPal transaction showing the actual refund I was totally ignored and received no more replies. Eventually PayPal stepped in and refunded me because TVG ignored not only my claim and refund requests but they also failed to respond to PayPal's request for information within the 12 days they were given. So not only did I not receive my orders but I was not refunded by TVG either. I wasn't refunded until PayPal refunded me. On one of the forums right now there is a whole thread with pages and pages of people posting that they also did not get their orders placed several months ago and that they have also have been totally ignored after requesting refunds. Just do a search for this company online and you'll find out everything you need to know about them. Look at the reviews on this very site! Countless people have had to ask PayPal to intervene because TVG has ignored all contact and refund requests. Personally, I will never use them again ever. I willl never trust a company with my hard earned money that doesn't send my order, doesn't refund me and then totally ignores me. My advice; avoid this company like the plague and spend your money with a reputable and trustworthy vendor.

An absolute disgrace of a guy, do not buy from him will not send items!!!!
