The team were fantastic
The team were fantastic, Ashley, Ben and Jake were all very friendly, informative and professional, however the lack of A/C in the building made it extremely warm and uncomfortable, making the process very tiresome.

Went there and found sales staff pushy.
Walked away.
Can’t believe they have such a high rating on Trustpilot when all I hear is negative reviews!!!
In the end purchased a Golf from Motorpoint who.
A) offered more for the car than their guide price on internet.
B) had a very competitively priced car that I couldn’t find any cheaper on Autotrader for same spec mileage etc.
GO TO MOTORPOINT ALL DAY LONG.
FAR MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Customers beware
On their website the listed offers are very misleading designed to get you through the door under false pretenses. Looking on their site for a car for my wife we called to the neath branch the same day with six vehicles of interest based on make and our budgeted price of £7000. Not one was in stock and a salesman claimed they had all sold the day before and wanted to show us other vehicles over our budget and got quite short with us when we refused.The specials shown on the website are simply a sales tactic and l won't be shopping there again
