Great customer service, called to let me know one of the items I ordered wasn’t available and offered me an alternative. Quality has been good with everything I have purchased. Will always use the towel shop for my bedding and towels. Excellent quality and fair price.

Upon contacting customer services they explained they couldn’t get it delivered to the correct point despite that being the address and to now wait 2 weeks for the return and a following 10days for refund

600GSM Luxury Royal Egyptian Double Yarn Hand Towels
ordered some hand towels but very sceptical as thought they may be cheap and nasty well I was very surprised when the towels arrived, they are really good quality and a good size, they are like the ones that you would get in hotels but at a very keen price
I am more than happy and would recommend this company

they do a great selection and the ones that I got were
