Lovely, fluffy and a good size

As I said I could not see a size,my mistake but it should be more prominent,and one size fits an average 16 -18,and would smother a size 12.I contacted the lady and indicated that I ordered in a hurry so contacted the number given,answered the question,gave the order number But because you took so long in replying it was too late to cancel the order My main complaint is that you took so long to reply

Great price delivered in a few days

Great value. The towels are so soft and fluffy, they feel exactly like luxury hotel towels. Really glad we ordered from this website, will definitely be ordering again. Good communication on delivery time etc as well. Would recommend

Good quality towels. Very good price and easy to order.

I made a big order and Delivery was quick. But in terms of quality:

1) Pillows are amazing, Sateen Pillow cases and fitted sheets also amazing.

2) V pillow is clumpy and pillowcase is rough, the quality is poor.

Updating my review:
3)The bathrobes and towels seemed okay-ish, I had high expectations from Luxury Collection Egyptian Cotton, they don't look as fluffy as they were in photos and they shed. A lot of fibres dropped on my carpet when I unboxed them. AFTER WASHING the bathrobes prior to use, they have became thinner and the shedding continued on, I bought 3 bathrobes and they are all the same, not worth the price.

I spent £174.58 on the products and found out later on - the Returns Policy says "You can return your parcel within 365 days as long the item is unused and unopened.". Naturally, I would open the product from its packaging and when I found there is a defect, it's no longer eligible for return because it's been opened. And that I have to pay to ship the return of defective products. That is not so fair, is it?

So I got a response here in Trustpilot to contact them about my order and was offered £15 gesture of goodwill to change my review. Thank you for the offer, however, I wish to provide an accurate and honest review of my shopping experience in your website.
