Great personal service
After I placed my order I was contacted just to confirm my request for an unusual shape/size mattress. The communication was helpful and friendly. I was able to send photos to illustrate my requirements. I received the mattress promptly and it was a perfect fit. Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend.

After reviewing this, we understand that you feel we have not advertised that our basket changing mat does not include the changing basket that it is pictured with in some of the product images clear enough.
The product title states ‘Basket Changing Mat’ as this is the correct product name, standard across the board for all sellers of this product in the UK - it is a unique shaped changing mat specifically designed to fit inside a changing basket, we kindly hope you understand that this is not intended to mislead customers to think a basket is included. Just like many of our other products such as our cot mattresses, we have pictured the mattresses inside the cot however the cot is not included with the mattress. We have pictured the basket changing mat inside a changing basket to show the purpose of use clearly, but we have also pictured the product on its own too. Along with in the product description stating ‘Basket is not included’.
We take feedback & any customer comments very seriously as we wish that every one of our customers has a positive experience when shopping with us. We would like to take this opportunity to improve & we will update our product listing for the ‘Basket Changing Mat’ with further information to ensure it is even more clear that there is no basket included with the purchase.

The bed is incredibly comfortable
The bed is incredibly comfortable, true to the size measured for. The delivery was easy and on time. Cost was high but hopefully the item lasts a long time and is worth it. For now no complaints or concerns at all. Love the mattress!

Perfect Fit
I ordered a customised mattress for crip a few weeks back. I couldn’t believe it when it arrived and couldn’t wait to open and put it on the bed. It was a perfect fit I have even doubts in case I measure and provided the wrong size. I couldn’t believe it was a perfect fit for the crip and quality nursery-grade mattress even the quilted cover. Good quality
The mattress is good quality, quite thick and fits the maxi cosi iora perfectly. The fitted sheets feel nice and soft. My little one hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t comment on how well they sleep but so far I am happy with my purchase.

I had a bespoke mattress made by this company. It was an excellent fit for the wooden bespoke bed that I had my carpenter made for me. Very good service.

I had a few delays with dispatch and delivery (delivery cost was kindly refunded). However very pleased with the product which was a made to measure replacement mattress for a pram carrycot. Top quality and thick. It looks like it will be very comfortable for baby.
