The Tea Spot Anmeldelser

I have been ordering from The Tea Spot for years. Whether it was to our home in New Mexico (even got a Brick & Mortar in Santa Fe), or to Djibouti Africa, always quality products. But most importantly, customer service. You are valued & appreciated by the folks who work here. I will always be a customer here. ☺️

We truly like the Lights Out blend. It really does calm and relax you for bedtime. The flavor is unexpectedly delicious! We are looking forward to trying the other teas we ordered. Great product!

Ordered my Morning Mojo tea and was so excited when it arrived along with a free sample of Earl Grey! The Tea Spot always brightens my day!

My daughter introduced me to the wonderful teas from the Tea Spot years ago after meeting the owner at an event and my tea drinking has never been the same!!

I was always a tea drinker, but the Tea Spot takes that to the next level. I love the variety of teas and blends, all delicious. I always recommend them to family and friends. 10/10 experience always!!

My friend told me about The Tea Spot and I'm so thankful. Their teas are fresh, full of flavor and of outstanding quality (much better than where I'd been buying). I didn't want my morning teapot of Gyokuro organic to end - it tasted amazing! I'm now sipping the Keep Fit, Organic which I decided to cold brew in my Mountain Tea Tumbler - it's refreshing and delicious. I also purchased Sencha Organic Tea which is another firm favorite of mine. Their Customer Service Team are top notch and quickly resolved a little order glitch - I can't speak highly enough of them and they've gained a forever customer now. Don't hesitate to shop here, I'm a picky shopper and these guys are the best!

I love the Tea Spot! I first met Maria through Skirt Sports on what seems like forever ago. She and her team brought a variety of brewed teas for all of us to try.

She shared her story and information about the health benefits of loose leaf tea. I fell in love with the flavors, and how easy it was to brew on the go, hello Steepware 🥰 It was a whole new experience. My hydration options just expanded beyond my wildest dreams.

Here I am so many years later and I’m still a huge fan and cheerleader of the Tea Spot. 🎉🎉🎉

From the products to the people everything is outstanding!! ❤️

I love this product!! Everything I have purchased is top notch! From the tea to the tumblers, Tea Spot is the BEST!

Well, the tea is all FATASTIC! Great tasting, a lot of them are phenomenal iced as well. Flavor is really much better than any teas we've tried. We continue to order and the customer service is exceptional! Lady Lavender, Blood Orange Smoothie! If you haven't tried those two, you've been living under a rock! THE BEST!!!

Amazing company! Absolutely love their teas. Excellent customer service as well.

The tea spot will not stand behind their products. They hide behind an excuse, not being returnable, but other online T companies immediately offer a return satisfaction policy. I would have been happy even with a credit for this product, tasted stale, but customer service would have nothing to do with it, even my customer service rep at T Spot said I personally don’t like this either but I’ve learned to drink it

I ordered a pound of Moroccan mint tea from The tea spot . Thinking Im getting a high quality item. I was shocked when I received the product. The tea was practically a sand. mint and green leaves grinded to a sand. Cheap quality. Now Im stuck with a tea I can not brew.

Everything is great about The Tea Spot! Great tea, great experience and great customer service. I have ordered from their website multiple times and have never had any issues with shipping. It’s always been very quick and my packages have always been correct. The tea is of really good quality and I love it, so I keep ordering more, haha.

Great Tea, Great prices, Great website and customer service. I have been a customer for over 10 years

I exclusively drink tea (about 1/2 gallon a day) and I sometimes buy bottled ice tea, but making my own is both the most cost effective and best quality. I have gotten from local stores and have either gotten ripped off from places like Teavana or lower quality and only slightly cheaper from local stores. The Tea Spot has the second best quality and variety to anywhere I have got (next to Dobra tea) but by far the best value. I subscribe to the the Green and Black tea clubs and use both their seeping mug as well as tea balls, and am always pleasantly surprised by the tea variety. The website is a nice web interface which I think is pretty and easy to use, and if you call their number, you will get a friendly person in under a minute. I wish I could afford to get more Matcha, but theirs is way cheaper than anywhere else for the same quality.

These teas are so much better than the tea bags you buy in the grocery store. They stay fresh for a long time and provide great flavor no matter how long they've been sitting in the jar. I love how many different flavors they have. I've tried about 5 of them and have even given them as gifts!

Tea Spot is now my go to tea supplier. Awesome collection of green teas and other. I ordered several types of green tea and all tasted amazing. I have never been more pleased. Thanks for the service and the selection. Someone there knows something about tea. Love it!

Tea is ok, but they do not list their nutritional values nor does the Customer Service have it.
That's highly suspicious, eso from a company that calls itself healthy. Why hide that info?!?!?

I didn’t like the shipping. I took such a long time to get it here. I wanted to try something new and start drinking tea for weightloss. My friend told me it would do well. The tea was pretty good although the shipping not

I had and still having the worst shopping experience ever with them in the US.

I got a short stack teapot for Christmas. What an amazing little teapot! Excellent quality and a perfect fit for my little office.

I'm a huge tea fan since the days when I was a student in India and a post graduate student. I've bought all kinds of teas and sample packs from many tea shops -- and I hereby proclaim The Tea Spot's the MOST delicious and best crafted. This came into focus recently when I decided to try samplers again from other tea shops. The teas are good but the Tea Spot truly has the best blends as far as I'm concerned, from the Boulder Breakfast, to the Oolong Coconut, to the green teas. I've now decided to get 90 percent of my tea (there are a few brands sold in stores that I occasionally have( Tea Spot. Why? 1)It's so simple to order, 2)the teas are absolutely delicious, 3)they send you a free sample 4) A donation is made to battle cancer with each purchase. YES I could resume getting samples from a bunch of places, and throwing some of those teas out. I'm just sticking with The Tea Spot.
