I absolutely love The Tea Spot and I’m so thrilled to have found this site! The teas are exceptional- fresh and well-priced and the customer service is outstanding. I used to order from Teadog.com but had the worst customer service experience imaginable- not once but twice! I now only buy tea from The Tea Spot and I couldn’t be happier to be a loyal customer of this top notch company!

I received a $25 gift card for the Tea Spot. Over the last few months so many things were out of stock, but I finally found some teas to order. There was a pop-up that first time customers received a discount, but when I went to check out it would not accept that promo AND my gift card. Also stated was free shipping over $25. My order was $46.67 and I was charged $5.99 for shipping! Be careful checking out as twice an item "that I might like" was added and I had to go back and delete them. When I did receive the order on March 28, 2026, a card for a discount was included that expires today, March 31, 2026. I haven't tried the tea yet, but I doubt I will be back.

After a small mixup with the package delivery, I got in touch with their support. They were super fast at getting back to me and resolving the issue. They were friendly, fast, and supportive. Would use them again just due to how great their customer service was.

The absolute best tea I have ever had and the customer service is amazing!

I don’t remember a time when a company that was immediately responsive when I had an issue. Once they were made aware of the issue… it was taken care of within 2 days. That’s GREAT customer service!!!

I have been buying tea from The Tea Spot for years. I love that it’s a women-owned business and that part of the proceeds go to charitable causes. The quality and selection of teas offered by The Tea Spot is amazing! My absolute favorites are Winter Solstice (stay frosty on this one and buy whenever you have the chance - it sells out fast for a reason!) and Morning Mojo, but there’s truly something for everyone. The teas are perfect for a little indulgent care of self, but also always make a great gift. I have never given someone one of these teas as a gift and they did not swoon. The flavor of the teas is incredible. Beyond this, the customer service is top notch. I’ve had a few questions over the years that I’ve been purchasing teas from them, and they are quick to respond, kind and always helpful. Their emails are warm and have a personal touch versus the usual form emails. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

Very trustfull Service

Talk about amazing customer service! I received my order and an item was mistakenly omitted. I contacted customer service to explain the issue and I received a reply within minutes to apologize and let me know that my product was shipped out immediately along with a free gift of teas(which I am looking forward to trying). I love Tea Spot teas especially Earl of Grey and Lights Out, which I enjoy every evening before bed. Thank you again for the amazing customer service! Happy steeping!

I ordered 100 saches of EARL GREY TEA and all the little bags/sachets were open.
I had to take all the dry tea leaves out and put it in a glass container because all the sachets were bad.
Be MINDFUL: the DATE THAT i ORDERED IT MIGHT BE INCORRECT because I don’t remember but I’ll go to my emails orders

Their tea is top notch... but more than that, their customer service has been over the top great. When a package arrived damaged, not only did they replace the order quickly, but they included an extra "sorry about that" in the order. Communication was kind, and they are a pleasure to buy from. Highly recommend.

My first contact with The Tea Spot was an order of a screw-on mason jar filter. I do love this item! I had a couple of questions about cleaning it and when I reached out to Customer Service at The Tea Spot, Tracy was extraordinary in her knowledge, enthusiasm and focus with my questions.

Since that first contact with The Tea Spot, I have communicated with Tracy a few times. She has been generous with her recommendations and I have ordered a few more items, both wares and teas.

The Tea Spot's Blood Orange Smoothie herbal "tea" is fragrant and delicious! This is a tea company who really cares about its customers and I look forward to my further association with them.

I’ve been getting my Tea from The Tea Spot for quite awhile. The organic Black Pu’reh is my favorite. But, I always love a cup of Morning Mojo. The prices are fair, and the quality can’t be beat. I had an issue with my most recent order. It was handled with speed and professionalism. I am a very happy customer.

I’ve bought tea from this company for years. I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of the tea I have received. That’s first. Second, though, they publish all the information, so you know what’s in the tea, where it was sourced, if it was grown organically, etc..
They have a huge assortment of teas, finally, and you can find all the information you need about the best ways to enjoy your purchase.

The Tea Spot provides the highest quality products available and absolutely amazing customer service. Getting both from one place does not happen by accident! There are so many, really delicious and organic choices, high-quality looseleaf tea and a ton of information about their products and about tea in general. I have a handful of favorites and highly recommend trying a wide variety of flavors, there are so many! And it’s delightful to know if I use a tea sachet it’s nontoxic! I’ve contacted customer service a couple of times with general questions about products and always been pleased with the interactions. The Tea Spot has consistently been wonderful, but on my most recent order the infuser I recieved (as a free promo btw) came bent out of shape. I responded to the email for the order and recieved an almost immediate response sending me a new one along with an additional free gift. I was already over the moon with The Tea Spot as a company, so now I must be at intergalactic levels of happy with the professionalism here.special shout out to Angie for the expedient and professional service.

The Tea Spot quite simply has wonderful, quality-sourced teas that taste delicious as well as supporting good health! I value the emphasis on the tea leaves or herbal ingredients rather than a lot of added "natural flavors" . Customer support is awesome (and still features real people)! I've been a customer for around 10 years.

THE Tea Spot. The word "the" should be in all caps because they really are second to none. The freshness, the assortment, the flavorful tastes, the aromas, the seasonal options, the Steepware, the samples and discount codes in every order, the website, the rewards program, the promotions and dont get me started on the customer service! Questions, concerns and suggestions are answered and addressed promptly and you feel as if you're speaking to family. Truly, they are one of America's best companies even outside of the tea.

They are really fast to help and are really helpful and mindful. All of their products are really good quality.
