I would never trust this company. I genuinely believed their qualifications would be recognised and valued in the real world, but in my experience they have been worth no more than Monopoly money.

The support is extremely poor. They claim to respond within minutes, but that certainly hasn’t been my experience.

My biggest disappointment was spending £100 on a lifetime student membership, believing it would provide access to worthwhile courses and ongoing value. Looking back, I feel it was a complete waste of money.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Amazing service. Easy to navigate and on hand help. Robinson Cole was a person I spoke to via chat. My issue was resolved quickly and help was direct.

The SENCO - Special Educational Needs Coordination Level 5 was easy to follow and could be worked at at my own pace. The study fitted in around my day job. It was heavily PowerPoint driven and a couple of times the expected answers to the questions asked did not fit with the content provided. The word count for the final assignment was 500 and this was impossible to stick to but when I queried it I was told that it was ok to exceed it. At the end of the course, feedback was received very quickly.Along the way I had a couple of queries and each time I was helped by Robinson Cole who got back to me very quickly and was very helpful. After I had my results he even rang me to congratulate me which was a nice touch.

Would highly recommend this company. Thank you especially to Robinson Cole who dealt with my queries quickly and effectively.

Ashley was very helpful from beginning to end. All my questions about membership were answered quickly. I did one course today, I liked how it was read out to me while I was reading. I think this would help anyone with Dyslexia. It was broken down into small modules with quizzes at the end of each module. One point I did not know was that you need to click end of course which is underneath before proceeding to the next module. I struggled getting my certificate, again Ashely was very helpful with this too. I am looking forward to completing more course with Teacher Training. Thank you.

I recently attempted to log in for the first time after completing my registration and encountered some difficulties. A pop‑up message appeared offering assistance, and I was quickly connected with an advisor named Ashley. He resolved my login issue within a matter of minutes, allowing me to access and use my account without any further problems. I am very appreciative of the prompt, professional, and efficient support I received.

Teacher training is a fantastic choice, as you can complete the course in your own time. Support is available whenever you need it, and it’s far more affordable than traditional courses.

The company charges extra for the certificate at the end of the course. They took more money than I had agreed to for the certificate and I have had to chase 4 times for a refund, still with no refund. I have had to involve the financial ombudsman which is a total waste of my time. The training is also AI produced training and very robotic and boring.

I was searching the web as well as using ChatGPT to find best places I can get CPD courses for my education and training goal, when I ran into Teachers Training. I looked through their available courses and costs. I settled for a promo bundle, I quickly registered for 4 CPD courses and paid for the bundle. Upon completion I was unable to fully view my digital certificate for the only one of the courses even though I had paid for the certificate.

So I called the contact telephone number I found at the website. I was promptly and professionally attended to by a friendly customer service representative (he called his name Daniel). The issue was promptly resolved by the following day and they offered to send me, for free, the digital copies of all the other 3 certificates I did not pay for.

I would definitely recommend Teachers Training to any one who wants to use them, as their courses are affordable and the customer service top-notch.

Came across The Teachers Training while looking for Cryotherapy course. It was easy to sign up and pay and had instant access to the course. The course itself was comprehensive and easy to understand. The platform very intuitive and easy to use. Upon completing my course, have received my accredited certification as advertised. I've then bought an yearly subscription as its great value for money and I'm now looking forward to completing more courses with The Teachers Training. Fully recommended!
