Great course and very informative but No hospitality and catering qualification
Great course and very informative. I did find one or two questions that I could question the answers. Specifically the SAFE acronym. It also doesn’t come with the hospitality and catering qualifications which I need so I have to re-do it. In all fairness I should have read the website better before I started the course.

It was carefully planned, and interesting, although there was a lot of (useful) information to keep hold of. I found it useful to make notes as I was going through - otherwise I don't think the final test would have been so accessible as I found it.

Additional Payment To Access Course After Passing Test
You will have to pay the fees again to access the course for which you already paid after payment. People need a refresher and by doing this, they are not helping protecting the public and saving lives.

Our course as stated is offered under licence and therefore as you successfully completed the course on September 2, 2025. we are unsure why you would need to re-access the learning materials. We nevertheless respect your opinion but this is required in order for us to continue to offer the lowest priced Level 2 course in the UK at £10.00, We are proud to confirm that every local authority in the UK has accepted our certificate since 2017. and our price has remained at £10.
