The tank came as promised - We were informed of the timing a couple of days before, and we were given an accurate time in the morning so we could be ready to unload the tank when it arrived.

I'm sorry to hear this Ifor. A tail lift was requested for your order and your tank should was small enough to be on one. I have checked with distributor and it appears that due to your remote location a smaller van was chosen to make your delivery rather than a lorry with a standard tail lift. I am sorry that on this occasion we were unable to deliver on a tail lift.

Satisfied customer
There was initially a hiccup with the delivery time for the product we ordered but the person dealing with us quickly advised of an alternative product which was slightly more expensive but could be delivered immediately. Due to the inconvenience and the additional cost The Tank Shop offered us some discount on the proposed replacement product and once we had paid the difference the tank was delivered within a couple of days and we are very happy with the product.

Your order was scheduled for today and unfortunately the tank has not arrived; the reason why we do not currently know. We have been communicating with you today via email and will continue to determine the reason and do our very best to get the tank to you tomorrow.
We will be in touch again tomorrow when the haulier confirms what has happened and the actions that will be taken to resolve your delivery.
Tricky but successful tank delivery
Had a bit of a delay with delivery, but to be fair that was mainly due to our difficult location. Very pleased that it all arrived safely in the end and thanks to Jamie for his excellent email communication and getting things sorted out promptly.
