Rain Water Harvesting
Tank quality is excellent, a perfect fit as I had limited room. Everything was all sorted in about ten days from order to shipping. The walls of the tank are at least 5mm think so very strong. Looking forward to catching 1000l of rain water now. The guy who delivered the tank was also excellent and very accommodating given the awkward location where we live. Communication from the Tank shop and logistics great as it all kept me in the loop.

Excellent service just poor communication
Communication was very poor although the actual service and delivery was very good. I ordered a water tank in a hurry and The Tank Shop had a short lead time on the website. However, when the confirmation came through the delivery date was over 2 weeks away. This was brought forward when I spoke to them, but then heard nothing. Chased again and the delivery just arrived with no communication. Luckily we were in to receive it.

Thanks for your review. I am slightly confused as every product page has a lead time on it. For the product that you ordered our website does advertise 5-8 working days. You ordered on the weekend, your order processed on the Monday and an email confirming your tank would be delivered on or before a certain date (which was within the lead time). You then called to say you needed it quicker; which we then arranged for you. Delivery was made actually then made within 5 days.
Perhaps you didn't receive our emails; we sent 2 to you keeping you informed.
The factory logistics should have contacted you to book in the delivery. We are sorry if this didn't happen (very unusual).
Great product and great service
Great quality water tank that I used as a water butt to squeeze into a narrow gap. When I needed a water tap fitting for the tank, service was polite and prompt.
