Designed to be kinder to the environment, all our watches and straps are handmade from recycled natural wood furniture and are vegan. We plant 10 trees and offset 250kg of carbon with every order, whilst also rescuing 20 plastic bottles from the ocean. Why not buy Mother Nature some time? The Sustainable Watch Company is born from a desire to save our planet. Whilst we are only small, we have big dreams! We aim to be a heavily climate positive business. This will see us removing significantly more carbon from the environment than we produce through our operations. Helping reduce the amount of greenhouse gasses in our atmosphere. Whilst we can't do it alone, we definitely can't do it without you, so thank you for shopping small! Our pledge to you is to forever play our part in slowing climate change, building a business with a focus on environmental impact and not solely profit.

UN- sustainable watches
I bought a watch from this company in March 2023 and was delighted with it and the company. However after just over a year I began to have problems with it losing time and so being unreliable. After my first contact with them i was advised to get the battery replaced by a local jeweller which I did. A short time later I had more problems of the same nature and they were getting worse. After contacting the company again I got replies disowning the product and insinuating that I may have damaged it in some way (totally untrue) "Sustainable" it is NOT. I was offered 40% off a new purchase, but who in their right mind would throw good money after bad for something to maybe last Less than TWO years

Hi Allan - As stated, you made your purchase almost 2 years ago, meaning the purchase is a year outside of the 1-year guarantee period.
As you can see from our numerous positive reviews, this is an isolated incident and not one that has been reported by other happy customers. We pride ourselves on our customer service and quality.
As a gesture of goodwill, I shared a 40% discount for you to replace your damaged watch as I understand why you may be upset. Unfortunately, there's no way for us to way for us to guarantee that accidental damage is not the cause of your issues in such a long time period. And as you're such a long way outside your guarantee period, we're limited with what we can do.

Well-made and gorgeous watch
Well-made and gorgeous looking watch. I got it as a gift because of its sustainable promise. My husband totally loved it and he has been wearing it ever since. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for unique and sustainably made watches.

Excellent service
The watch turned out not to be what I wanted so I requested a return and refund.
I was immediately sent an email with a pre-paid label and have now received a full refund.
An excellent service and I would happily buy again.

Lovely looking watch, quick fix required
My partner bought me a watch as an anniversary present. I only wore it for special occasions. One evening walking home from Brian Cox (the astronomist not the actor) I heard a noise and looking back realised my watch had fallen off with a narrow pin slipping out at the clasp. I got back in touch with the company who after some requests for photos then sent me a QR code to send it back, fixed it and sent it back. I do love how the watch looks and happy with getting it back fixed. A star lost for the initial strap issue.

The watch broke while my partner was sweeping less than 3 months after purchase and after less than 2 months of wear! When I emailed the best I was offered was a 40% discount on a new purchase! Why would I make an additional purchase after the first one breaking so easily? And sad that they cannot back their manufacturing of products by having a warranty to cover this.

We pride ourselves on great customer service, supported by numerous positive reviews. I understand how frustrating it can be breaking a new purchase, so to try and help out we actually offered a 50% discount with free shipping from the UK to Australia.
I'm very sorry that this wasn't the resolution you were looking for. Unfortunately as you have damaged the product post-delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement as per our returns policy.

Great product and service, my son loves the watch. The pin remover pin was bent when product arrived, Richard sent a replacement which was received within 48 hours.

It was a little tricky removing links but the video was good and the right tool provided.
