The Steel Gallery Anmeldelser

Absolutely nothing but delight - designs, soothing colours, nuclear packaging, on-time delivery. Screen in situ is splendid.

Ordered a garden gate with posts in June. First sent us someone else's order. Then our products came, incorrectly designed. Time period of delivery much longer than what we were told. Accepted the mistake of incorrect product - again sent an incorrect replacement for part of the product. Terrible customer service. We still have no resolution to the saga. Emails unanswered for 3 weeks now. And have caused huge delays to our project.

Update on Sept 20. I disagree with Steel Gallery response and attempt to misrepresent the facts. The order was designed wrongly by steel gallery which they accepted in writing. The proposed solution did not work which led to more waste of time. After which you agreed to take the gate back to rectify the issue. Each response from you needed chasing. You have also not had a single conversation with me - and all exchanges are on emails. I am still waiting for a solution that works. In summary, rather than going “above and beyond”, you have provided terrible customer service.

Started the order process beginning of July. Sent back final measurements mid July and told it would be 15 days turn around 37 days later and still no gate and no real explanation

First time we have used The Steel Gallery and found their website easy to understand and navigate, they gave consent feedback to what stage of the manufacture they were at and delivery they were very active in making sure our bespoke door got to us in one piece and on time.

Superb quality, great communications, great company.

The gate and panels look great, very engineered. The process is pretty straight forward. We had a custom size made, using the honeycomb pattern. It casts great shadows and has enabled use to turn a drab area into a very nice courtyard between the house and garage.

I ordered a simple gate for my garden and it was designed, built, and delivered to my requirements. The Customer Service was very good indeed. The quality of the product was excellent. All dimensions were correct and the fitting instructions were simple to follow. I would not look elsewhere for a new gate or screen.

Great customer service very helpful ,ordered a gate had to be made to measure fits perfectly looks great replaces old wrought iron gate ,we are delighted it's well made would highly recommend this company would buy from them again, thank you steel gallery for your help

Ordered 6 custom laser-cut corten steel screens and posts as screening around a garden deck. I was after something quite exacting and detailed of my own design and I initially struggled to find a trustworthy supplier.

I could tell from the start that The Steel Gallery were a safe pair of hands - the engagement throughout was excellent, from their detailed work on technical drawings to their post-delivery advice. They even talked me down from a more expensive thicker steel option which was not necessary, they were right.

End result is lovely, I get so many positive comments from guests.

I bought a gift for my wife for her birthday from these guys. More than ever i especially worry about buying from dodgy websites who produce shoddy products or provide a poor service. I was more than impressed with the team at The Steel Gallery especially when my item arrived. The price, packaging and product were all exceptional. I have now hung it in pride of place in the garden. It was that last piece of the jigsaw which completes the vista in the garden. Nice one team

My expectations were met from the point of ordering through to delivery. I was looking for something that would lock but would not obscure my view to my front door and it is perfect! I'm really pleased with the look of it and get a lot of lovely comments about it.

I ordered a planter with screen which is really lovely. It was easy to assemble. I am 65 and managed to put the large planter together without help. The only tool you need is a screwdriver. Very good quality product.

Really pleased with the products from steel gallery .
The products inhances are garden

Hi! The 2 panels from The Steel Gallery (TSG) have transformed a section of our garden. Who knew that carefully-chosen corten steel screens could make such a difference?! I'd not bought anything like this before, so I phoned TSG for advice which was very helpful to choose the correct items. The screens look lovely and really "set off" the planting which is now growing around them. I was so pleased, I bought a chiminea from TSG Gallery for someone else. Many thanks - great product matched by your customer service.

Nice quality product. Easy fitting. Delivered when promised. Completely satisfied. Thank you The Steel Gallery.

We used the Steel Gallery bespoke service which was simple and very efficient and when the screens were delivered we were delighted. Really good quality with a lovely finish.

Really happy with the service and quality of the product. When it arrived the handle of the gate was damaged. Replacement handle sent FOC the following day. Would recommend The Steel Gallery to any other prospective customers. (Julian W, Minster - On Sea, Kent).

Well looked after by customer services. Timely delivery and impressive quality. I love the look my 6 Corten steel screens in Bloom give my back garden. Very happy with this product and great value too.

Perfect fit for our replacement arch and honeysuckle support.
We were kept fully informed of the production and weathering of the corten steel screen.
It arrived well wrapped, and in perfect condition.
It looks really impressive and provides excellent support to the structure of the arch

Very clear ordering process and information
Delivered in good time and very sturdily packaged
Beautiful Corten screen now in place in my garden replacing a very tired (& boring) old wooden trellis - looks gorgeous with clematis growing up it.
Thank you The Steel Gallery
