Very helpful. They went the extra mile and the bespoke panel matched in perfectly. Excellent company, excellent product.

Excellent!
A first class service from start to finish, so refreshing to deal with a company that are polite, prompt, communicative and most of all superb value for money.
I have already recommended them to the many passers by who have enquired about their work.
The Steel Gallery fabricated custom aluminium gates and railings for my property. They are top notch! I couldn’t be happier.
Thank you Aleisha and Mike and anyone else involved in the process.

Delighted with our bespoke screen, Mike brilliant and helpful with advice and sent pictures prior to making to make sure we were getting what we wanted.

Ordered three panels of a Corten steel screen and 4 Corten posts - could not be more delighted.

Made to order and delivered about 9 days later. Communication was excellent .

Screens are lovely, well made and exactly what we were looking for, easy to assemble to posts and a great addition to the garden. Unfortunately we're in a new build area and delivery struggled to find us, Aleisha was brilliant and helped resolve the issue with the delivery company super quick - amazing customer service and great product! Thank you! 😊

I am very pleased to have found this company. They have been extremely helpful and patient as we worked through the design and details for a bespoke laser cut Corten screen. I hope to seek their assistance with other steel panels in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Can’t fault this excellent company. We ordered a pair of bespoke screens for our garden - bespoke in both size and the pattern we required. The service from start to finish has been outstanding. We had some email correspondence regarding our requirements, and Mike and his team listened to our ideas and sent us some drawings which were exactly what we wanted. The screens were made and photos sent of the corten ‘rusting’ process, as well as pre-despatch photos so that we could see what they looked like when ready to dispatch.
Communication and customer service has been excellent throughout, with Aleisha keeping us informed of delivery times.
We have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company.

Awesome customer service from Aleisha at The Steel Gallery. Steel panels great quality, precisely as ordered.
Top tip, there are six pre-drilled holes for a reason, so don't be an idiot like me and ask for four because you think it's going to be less hassle to put up!
Really pleased.
I've got pictures, and once I figure out how to upload them, I will!

Thank you for the fantastic service from you and your colleagues, much appreciated. We are delighted with the screens. You went the extra miles, the colour match was 'spot on', the delivery was great and the personal service throughout the process, first class.

Outstanding service from Mike and the team. We ordered 4 screens for the garden. Mike engaged really positively with us on the questions we had and helped us finalise the design. The screens are up and looking great. We have now ordered another one for indoors.

Screens are fantastic, really good quality.

I placed quite a large order including the Botanical screens and a number of posts to build a veranda over my garden patio ready for Summer. I received my order about a week after placing it and the quality is great and feels very sturdy. Although, we haven’t put it up yet due to the storms, everything looks just as I had imagined - exactly what I wanted, thank you ☺️

Very happy with my half Hamsa hand for my zen room at work - I had been trying to find one for quite some time and when I contacted the steel gallery to see if they could do this, they were happy to help and have now listed it on their site :D thank you team!

Super fast delivery, very well packaged and very helpful, fast customer service. Quality finished product. Highly recommended. A+++

I ordered the metal lotus flower for my living room. I love it, looking to order some garden screens now in time for summer!

Quick and easy order and it arrived very quickly so I’m more than pleased

In the middle of decorating throughout my home and I thought I would give Steel Gallery ago as I read the reviews and other companies have let me down in the past and Steel Gallery prices are really competitive. Ordered 5 of the Medium designs and had them all powder coated. They arrived yesterday 2 days earlier than expected, fantastic packaging and they look amazing better than I expected and really good quality and easy to hang on the wall. I will definitely be recommending Steel Gallery to my friends and I know where to go if im after this type of product again

After a let-down from another screen company, I found the Steel Gallery and from start to delivery, they were great. They promptly answered my questions and kept me in the loop with the delivery. The order arrived in the best shipping package I had ever seen, totally protecting the screens.

Great product, from a great team.

Thank you.

I ordered from the Steel Gallery and can definitely say it was one of the best decisions I'd ever made. The customer journey was excellent from start to finish with a quality product to match. Aleisha in particular was very friendly, passionate and knowleageable about the products and manufacturing processes which was both encouraging and interesting!

Absolutely made up with my experience while ordering through 'The Steel Gallery'. Customer service was really top notch and did not disappoint once, my first screen arrived promptly within the expected waiting period and my second order with them arrived even quicker! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an extra feature inside or outside their home.
