Have just completed the training for level 5 crowd management delivered by Wayne Grove. The course was very informative and Wayne delivered it in a way that everybody in attendance could understand.

Had a fantastic time doing my training with Wayne. He was absolutely amazing teacher

I recently completed the Level 5 Crowd Management course and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The course was well structured, engaging, and full of practical, real-world knowledge that I know will be useful going forward.

A big part of what made the course so valuable was the instructor, Wayne. He is an incredible teacher who explains things clearly, keeps the sessions engaging, and creates a supportive learning environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions. His experience in the field really shows, and he used real examples that helped bring the content to life.

Wayne was patient, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone understood the material rather than just rushing through it. He made complex topics easy to understand and kept the energy positive throughout the training.

Overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills in crowd management. The quality of teaching, especially from Wayne, made the experience both enjoyable and highly informative.

I had a 2-days Physical Intervention training at King Power Stadium, facilitated by Gary Turner.

Training was engaging, straight to the point and very educational.

Great experience with Gary Turner. Top course. Brilliant 😁👍🏻

Courses usually are long and draining, Fortunately we had Gary helping us and training over a 2 day course. It was really insightful with his experience and more interactive way of teaching.

It’s been a very good training thanks to Gary. He’s very passionate about what he does and the way explains things. He keeps sessions easy and very entertaining. Learnt a lot and can’t wait to put my skills in place as a steward.

Awesome training from Garry at Leicester city football stadium

Informative, well explained, useful training for my Response Steward job. Big thanks to Gary and the Team for the course they provided.

Can’t recommend enough, Gary was a great teacher. Sound bloke. Training was relevant to realistic situations instead of just an out-of-touch powerpoint that doesn’t capture the true niche situations of working at a football stadium.

The course was great from start to finish, insightful and informative information from Gary leaving me feeling a lot more prepared to dealing with conflict and confrontation as a steward at the King Power stadium.

Gary delivered this training session at the king power stadium. Not only did he make everyone in the room feel comfortable and engage with us all differently but his sense of humour made this course even better. He was very Informative and gave great advice on how to tackle different situations.
