Done the pit training level 2 and it was very good and learnt a lot of things which will make my work much easier while working in the pit. Gary was our teacher and he was amazing, so enthusiastic and entertaining and made the experience fun and engaging

I did my SIA Door Supervisor with First Aid at Leamington Spa. Gary's delivery of the course content was first class.
His understanding gained from years of experience (good &bad) brought home the importance of understanding people, empathic dialogue, teamwork and the responsibility of the safety of customers, colleagues and employers.
He explained & encouraged a diverse cultural group by highlighting each person's unique strengths.
Preparing us for a customer service role Gary made us aware of finding 'triggers' that cause reactions, stress management & the power of positive dialogue.
All this has helped me in my personal life & relationships with family & friends.
