Crowd Management Lvl 5. Professional delivery from an industry expert. Engaging content with lots of real world examples and experience.
Great mix of fellow learners with a range of backgrounds and experience which led to good discussions.

Great course, great instructor. The wealth of knowledge of the staff is unrivalled. I cannot recommend Square Metre Group enough to anyone who is serious about a career in safety and events.

Firstly, thank you Roy for an amazing session. The training was very insightful and helped us gain a deeper and broader understanding of how crowd management works and the essential tools required to execute a safe and secure event. The examples used were amazing and helped understand the topics even better. Thanks again!

The Level 5 training course was brilliantly conducted by Roy. He sure is Wise.
It's been a pleasure basking in all the experience and knowledge that Roy and the team at Square Metre Group.

Andy and Roy are extremely knowledgeable and can give real life experiences that have helped me through the course I was part of. It was a hard course, both duration and content but I felt they assisted me throughout and tried to help. It was an interesting topic, and went way beyond what I have experienced in similar training from my employer, albeit many years ago.

Enjoyed the course, very informative and makes you think

I’ve attended the SIO course from Network Rail High Speed across 5 days. Trainers were Andy Moore and Roy Wise. They were both so thorough and very knowledgable. Both trainers were patient in explaining models, sharing experiences so we have a better view of her things work. I am best pleased in how they’ve managed to keep all of us engaged throughout. I will love to have both trainers when it’s time to retake and get my competency up again. Learning from Andy and Roy was an absolute pleasure. Thank you to both.

Excellent course delivered by Roy Wise and Andy Moore. Thought provoking gets you really thinking .. reminders how to implement M/Ethane JDM DRA in everyday life and at work. So it stays in the forefront of your cognitive mind

Trainers, Roy W & Andy M were excellent throughout. The way the they delivered the course was so informative and I would highly recommend all operational or first responders to attend this course.

Excellent Level 5 Crowd Management course delivered by Roy Wise. It was extremely informative, and with Roy’s wide breadth of experience his personal stories and guidance made the course really engaging.

Roy was absolutely top class - his knowledge is extensive, his passion for the job clear for all to see and he framed the course in a really interesting way with lots of interactive sections and a sprinkling of history (which I loved). Found myself laughing and enjoying the course which made it much easier to digest.

I Recently completed a three day course with Square Meter Group and thoroughly enjoyed it. The course was well organised, informative and easy to follow throughout.

Robbie delivered the course really well. He’s extremely knowledgeable, approachable and was always happy to answer questions and discuss things with the class. I liked that he taught by the book while also bringing in real on-site experience, which made the course much more practical and engaging.

I Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to develop their knowledge and experience further.

The course was really engaging and insightful. Both the instructors were very considerate, engaging and made sure we have all developed a clear understanding of the SIO course. They made the sessions very informative and interactive which is great because the course would otherwise be very overwhelming

My experience throughout my SIO course was brilliant, Roy and Andy with their combined experience was invaluable. The course itself is very knowledge heavy however it is necessary.
But I genuinely think the instructors are what made this course, the experience and wealth of knowledge that has been passed on has been relevant to the course, my job, and things that will stick with me

Excellent trainers Andy and Roy!! So friendly, perfectly presented and lots of stories to tell which is a great learning element. The SIO course itself was brilliantly set up with a mix of hands-on and theoretical. Perfect for participants that learn in different ways. Can’t fault anything in regards to the course!

Andy and Roy were amazing and gave the course content at a very well paced and serious when needed tone. I feel like I have learnt alot and it has changed my outlook on the way I carry out my duties

Great training, well organised and delivered by an experienced and skilled tutor.

Would recommend 100%
