I purchased a replacement AirPod from…
I purchased a replacement AirPod from The Sound Cafe, and unfortunately, it has been an extremely frustrating experience.
After connecting the replacement AirPod, my original AirPods and charging case stopped functioning properly with Apple’s Find My feature, despite working perfectly beforehand.
I contacted the seller, who sent a second replacement, but exactly the same issue occurred. I have followed Apple’s troubleshooting instructions multiple times, yet the problem remains unresolved.
Despite supplying two replacement AirPods that have both caused the same issue, the seller continues to suggest that it is an account configuration problem rather than taking responsibility for the possibility that their products are defective.
I have spent considerable time trying to resolve an issue that did not exist before purchasing from this company.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience and have now requested a refund, as I have lost confidence in their products.
I would not recommend purchasing replacement AirPods from this seller based on my experience.

We supplied two replacement AirPods in an effort to resolve the issue, and also worked through troubleshooting steps with you regarding the Find My configuration. As the issue remained unresolved, we have now agreed to arrange a return and full refund for the replacement AirPod purchased from us.
We appreciate the time you’ve spent trying to resolve this and are sorry we weren’t able to reach a satisfactory outcome sooner.

The sound cafe are amazing
The sound cafe are amazing! I needed a replacement AirPod. It’s a perfect product. I was worried it might not pair or it could arrive old. Nothing like that at all. Paired in seconds and it super good quality with super speedy postage. Really happy and saved me having to buy a whole new set of AirPods.

Lost an AirPod when I was out on my…
Lost an AirPod when I was out on my bike, when I got home I looked to see if there were single AirPod replacements. Apple wanted to charge £76 and I would have to wait at least a week. I found the Sound Cafe at the top of a Google search. Ordered replacement, came the next day with instruction leaflet and a link to a troubleshooting video. Works perfectly, so glad I found this site. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are great
These guys are great. Exceptional communication and really helpful. They went above and beyond to help with a problem that I had, which was truly appreciated.
Although my problem was not solved, it was not through lack of trying.
