I have bought quite a few things from the Solar Centre and each product has been of first class quality.
Last year I bought an outside standard lamp. I didn't realise it wasn't completely watertight so it deteriorated over the winter. I called Solar Centre merely to ask what they would recommend I replaced it with because the one i had had been discontinued. They said that they couldn't replace it but as it was under warranty, they sent me something similar. Completely free of charge and with good grace and manner.
How could you not love a company like that????

Had a few lights over the years. Had a problem with one of the latest ones. I spoke to Ella in Customer Service. And she instructed a replacement to be sent out. Highly Recommend this Company for Solar lights.

I wanted a spare for my solar lights. The web site said, out of stock. I chatted on the website with Ella. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. She sorted my problem and added a note to the order. Excellent service, excellent to be able to buy spares, and excellent Lumify products.

I purchased some solar lights last October and they worked perfectly until one of the lights stopped working. I contacted the SolarCentre and they replied quickly asking for a photo of the faulty light. The SolarCentre then offered a replacement, free of charge, which were dispatched quickly. Great service from Ella.

Fantastic aftercare service from Ella at Solar Centre. After calling to explain a problem with a Solar product I had bought 2 years previously, Ella advised me a new battery was probably required. The Solar Centre provide quality Solar Lights that last throughout the seasons and the aftersales care is exceptional. Highly recommend them to add life to any garden space.

Had a recent query on a delivery charge and Ella dealt with it to my satisfaction, I have ordered quite a few lights from them and think they are pretty good, even when I had an issue with a faulty set of lights I was given a replacement in a reasonable time, so very happy.

love the lights from here, i have bought quite a few from here since May 2025 once finding them on line, the deliveries are always prompt, love the items and especiall as the items i have purchased can all be charged by USB which i do in winter, the lights in the summer last until sunrise, i have had a couple of issues with some lights, but Ella in custoemr services has always been helpful and has replaced any lights that have had issues, but other wise great products and great customer service

Not only does this company sell top quality products, but their customer service and after sale service is second to none.

I bought a couple of sets of festoon lights in April which are amazing quality. Last month, the last bulb on the run of one set started to light up at dusk, then went off. I contacted customer service and was dealt with by a lovely girl called Ella. She immediately dispatched a replacement bulb (I didn't even realise they were removable, which is a bonus if in the future, any others fail). These units are top quality. The teardrop solar panels are really fabulous heavy duty quality, with replaceable rechargeable batteries (you can also charge the unit with a USB).
I have just ordered a set of the vintage bulb festoon lights which look amazing along my garage gutter.
All in all I 100% recommend this company, and want to say a big thank you to Ella for sorting my issue out without ANY qualm.

I purchased two sets of the Edinburgh USB Solar Smoked Festoon Lights a couple of months ago. The lights look beautiful on and are of great quality. Unfortunately one of the bulbs stopped working on one of the sets. I contacted the solar company and Ella has been most helpful and has advised that they will pre-order a replacement to be sent out. Great customer service thank you. Would highly recommend this company.

I have been dealing with this company for few years now and whenever and if I have any questions or need to contact them, Ella is always on hand with suggestions, advice and support. Nothing is too much!
My recent addition to my solar lights collection are Gemini XL wall lights. I was getting lots of compliments how nice the front of the house looks with my previous purchase so I decided to add more on the side of the house. Will definitely recommend the company and their products.

I had some items from this company and unfortunately one of them malfunctioned during the warranty period. This issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Ella and a replacement unit was sent out immediately. Would certainly recommend this company. Their customer service was truly excellent. Well done The Solar Centre.

Ordered Falmouth lights in May this year and after two months 5 bulbs stopped working. I contacted Solar Centre to advise and found Nicole and Ella to be most helpful. Replacements bulbs sent out that same week!

We ordered some beautiful lights, one of which appeared to be faulty. We contacted The Solar Centre and received a comprehensive but simple guide to troubleshoot the problem, and ta-da we had light!
