This website is a fake website. They do not sell authentic product. I ordered lovense edge 2, Instead they shipped a cheap product worth less than 500. So please don't use the site. Also report it in the national cyber crime website.

After seeing so many bad reviews on trustpilot for this website I really hesitate to order. But I had to taken the risk because one product I really liked there and searching for others website too but I did not find that. So, I had to order. I ordered that product on 11th of April 2025 and they delivered after 5 days. The product was no so high quality as seen in the website but performance and features wise was good and I told them about that they said that product color may bit different which you seen in the website. So, I thought to leave a review.

Ordered what seemed to be a high quality item and I got some used product. It had holes all over it and looked unsanitary. This is worse than fraud, almost like they don't care at all for another person's dignity. Customers are sub-human to them. Don't even bother ordering, I can't get a refund - they obviously don't contact you back after the payment is done. Horrible business practice, faker reviews on their site - STAY AWAY !

I have got to say that my ordered item has been reached on time. Packaging was not very good, but was up to the mark. Whatever, product quality is good and the battery backup is also nice. I have got what i think. Only problem is the packaging.

I ordered a product amounting 17k. Received something completely different thing instead, better call it a vague one. Not more than cheap thousand rupees some random item. Called them to report the issue. They never picked up the call. Its total scam. Save your money guys by not ordering with them.

I ordered a product and they sent me completely different product. As it's not something you would open in front of courier agent, you just pay the amount and open the parcel at home. I was completely disappointed with the site as they are not responding to my return request.
