DOUBLE SCAM ALERT: sextoyindia.co.in AND sextoyindia.store - Both Fraudulent Operations
First, A WARNING about sextoyindia.co.in: Before I share my experience with sextoyindia.store, I must warn everyone that sextoindia.co.in is a COMPLETE SCAM. I nearly fell for their trap too - they take your order, then demand extra money just to cancel the order! Can you imagine? They hold your order hostage and ask for cancellation fees. Thank God I did not pay on that website and escaped. Avoid sextoyindia.co.in at all costs.
Now, my experience with sextoyindia.store:
I wish I had researched more before placing an order here. This website operates a sophisticated advance-fee fraud scheme that targets customers with fake professionalism.
The Fraud Timeline:
March 10: Placed order for a product (₹9,460.75)
March 12: Received "Tax Invoice" BN/SL/458707 claiming "shipped" status
The Red Flags:
Invoice charges 18% IGST (₹1,428.88) but NO GSTIN NUMBER anywhere (mandatory by law)
HSN/SAC codes blank
Claims "imported product" but shows domestic IGST instead of import customs duty (BCD)
Business address: Asian shopping complex, Dimapur, Nagaland (note: recent arrests in Dimapur for fake GST invoice scams)
The Smoking Gun: When I asked for courier tracking details, they flatly REFUSED saying "tracking is done via website only" and cannot provide tracking number or courier company name. This is impossible - every legitimate e-commerce uses India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc. with trackable numbers.
The Scam Pattern: This is classic advance-fee fraud: Mark order as "shipped" (fake status), refuse tracking proof (because nothing was shipped), then inevitably ask for additional money ("customs clearance," "extra GST," "shipping insurance"). I caught on before paying extra fees.
Legal Violations:
1.
Tax Fraud: Charging GST without GSTIN is criminal offense under GST Act
2.
Customs Violation: Claiming imported goods but evading customs documentation
3.
Consumer Fraud: Fake shipping status, no product delivery
Verdict: There is no product. There is no shipment. The "imported goods" excuse is a lie to justify delays and demand more money. The invoice looks professional but is legally invalid (no GSTIN = fake tax collection).
STAY AWAY from both sextoyindia.co.in and sextoyindia.store. They appear to be the same operators running multiple domains. If you've already paid, dispute the transaction immediately as "merchant fraud" - do not wait for "delivery."
