Website easy to navigate. Product specifications clear and easily identifiable. Great colour choices. 2nd rug I’ve had from here. And fabulous quality and speedy delivery.
It was difficult to know when the rug was going to be delivered. The tracking did not work, an email and phone call did not speed up delivery. The rug arrived unannounced. Happy with rug
Lots of choices and different sizes available. Was after a specific style of rug and this was the only website I found offering more than just 1 size of it. Delivery was great as well, will definitely... Vis mer

Having taken several rugs back to other stores due to suitability and poor quality I visited The Rug Shop on a recommendation. Matthew spent a huge amount of time with us and was so helpful and patient. The shop has a large selection of rugs to choose from at different prices. I am thrilled with my purchase. Thank you Matt.

Hi Richardson,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience with our “NON SHED” rug has not met your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with shedding after being assured otherwise.
This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold. We also sincerely apologize for the delay in communication and for any inconvenience caused by our response.
Your feedback is important to us, and we’d like to make this right. If you're open to it, please contact us directly at sales@therugshopuk.co.uk, referencing your order number 1000051972.
We'd be happy to review the matter again and explore what can be done to resolve it.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
The Rug Shop UK.

False description of rug
Bought two matching rugs from this company for my conservatory. Description on their website says they were ‘anti-fade’ which is why I bought these particular ones. One of the rugs has faded badly and now looks a completely different colour to the other. Company refuses to exchange as they say it’s outside of their 30 day returns policy! Utterly disgraceful that they refuse to accept that the description on their website is not true. I am now taking legal action against this company.
Order number 100005287 refers.
