Fantastic customer service. Sent my old Thempapen off for a replacement battery cover and it was returned fixed with new batteries and a calibration all free of charge. The best thermometer, I felt lost in the kitchen without it.

Customer Service 100% answer the phone promptly and could not be more helpful. I received a unit which had a minor fault. They arranged a replacement and collected the faulty item without question. Emma in customer service could not have done more. Superb thank you.

Excellent service! Thermapen replaced a gouged battery cover for my 2012 model free of charge. Michael Phillips checked what type I had (I wasn’t concerned about colour matching) and it arrived almost by return of post. Outstanding service from a firm in Worthing UK which deserves its global ambition.

I bought a Thermapen nearly 16 years ago. In that time, I have used the device to help prepare well over one thousand meals for my family. My Thermapen is still going strong! Years and years of roasted fish, grilled steaks, pan roasted chicken and much more all cooked safe without being overcooked. This is an amazingly useful and durable tool.

Fantastic piece of kit with quick accurate readings. It’s ergonomically designed and sits perfect in the hand.

However mine developed a fault with the casing, quick email and received excellent first class service with a replacement immediately in the post within the day!

I had a small issue with the battery cover on my Thermopen 3, after a speedy response to my email, a new cover was sent out and delivered the next day FOC. Other companies could learn a thing or two about good customer service from them!

Fantastic customer service, I had an issue with my Thermapen ONE and the experience was amazing and the replacement was sent within 2 days. I own several Thermapen products and they are very well built and work very well. I would not hestitate to buy their products again, one of the contributing factors is down to their amazing and very professional customer services.

products, usual excellent quality. Slight issue with order received, but customer service from them was excellent, and it was sorted promptly and helpfully.

Disappointed.
Whilst placing my order they invited me to sign up to their newsletter and receive a 15% discount code, which I did. However when I tried to use it they said No, you cannot use discount code on items that are on sale.
They knew what I was ordering and that it was on sale so should either have made this clear at the time, or not offered the discount in the first place!

From the second I laid hands on a Thermapen One I knew it was an amazing bit of kit! Robust, comfy in the hand and a read so quick and accurate you get an air temperature (more accurate than the telly weather report) before you probe!

Cooking to temperature rather than time will elevate your cooking game no matter whether you're outside cooking on fire/gas or indoors on the hob/oven. Also it doesn't matter whether your making a meat feast, baking a stunning cake or tempering chocolate Thermapen products do it all!

Also the communication from them is immense and they are all jolly good folks! Plus they are a family owned and British based company so supporting local and small businesses and the national economy so a win on all fronts.

Get one now, get cooking and I promise you'll never look back!!

This product came highly touted at a restaurant supply store. It does not measure well at all, the temp reads 160 and the steak is rare?? use another brand and the 2 are not even close, but the second one is not exactly accurate either. Also the batteries do not last a very long time, All the calibration certifications are esentially meaningless. It is likley more economical to get a cheap analog gauge, they cannot be any worse.
Once I get new batteries, will run the ice test, will keep you posted when that happens.
Have finally found batteries, so being in Canada, I do not have the fancy jug, but used a thick measuring cup with crushed ice, it held at 32F, so maybe I am doing something wrong on how I use it, mainly on the BBQ

We bought a cooking thermometer years ago. It needed a replacement battery. I could not remove the cover, made a mess of the slot you are supposed to use to twits the cover off. I called the company, spoke to a human being right away. They told me to send it to them. I did and they sent a replacement, no quibbles.
Why can't all companies be like this?
