Very disappointing experience with Thermal Master
I placed and paid for three items (X3, T2Max, NV500) and then waited over a week with no tracking number, no update — just silence. After chasing through Thermal Master’s website chat (which seems to operate on its own relaxed timeline), I was told there was an “issue” with my address. Fixing that, unsurprisingly, took more effort than it should.
Once resolved, I expected progress. Instead, while asking again for tracking, I was informed that the T2Max no longer comes with the built-in laser — a detail that only surfaced after payment.
Then, via WhatsApp (after a comfortable 2-day wait for a reply), I was told the NV500 is out of stock with no indication of when it might be available.
So to summarize: Thermal Master is very efficient at taking payment, slightly less so at sharing accurate information, and even less at keeping customers informed.
They did offer a partial refund “for the inconvenience” — which is thoughtful, if not slightly misplaced.
If you value your time, transparency, and dealing with professionals, you may want to consider other options.
