Therm-ic UK Anmeldelser

Good product, makes insoles much easier to use. Difficult to order from UK as there wasn't an option in the drop down menu, turns out you need to go to a different website, it would be useful to highlight that on your webpage, you nearly lost my sale, possibly lost many others too.

Great product. Good service

Excellent product

Excellent communications. Product arrived as advertised, was well packaged and delivery was quick. Can't ask for any more !

I've bought 2 of the boot dryers as presents but have been using the product for many many years and they do a really fantastic job. Damp boots dry in a couple of hours and even boots that have been washed inside and out will dry pretty much overnight. There are times I wished the arms extended further but they still do a very good job with longer calf length boots.

Great customer service, I ordered the wrong size - them were promptly exchanged with no hassle. Thank you!

One phone call and a replacement part sent which resolved the issue.
Very good service from original delivery to resolution of an issue.

Easy to order quick delivery

Quick delivery
Product works well

I required a usb charging cable for my ski boot warmers as the original one had developed a faults. The cost of the replacement was £40! For a USB charging cable this is outrageous. How do you justify this cost? If the quality was worth the money then the original wouldnt have stopped working.

I accidentally order a small pair of gloves when I should have ordered XL! So in a second order I ordered the size I needed. One of the staff realised that some was wrong and contacted me and rather than sending both out and having to deal with a returns we arranged to only have the XL sent and process a refund for small. Great customer service :-). Not had the weather to test the gloves yet :-(.

Helpful customer support and easy purchase. Thank you

Great product fast service would recommend therm-ic. The heated socks have been a lifesaver for me as a skiier with Reynards syndrome

Ordered replacement batteries for my heated gloves, arrived well protected/packaged very promptly. My gloves now heat up again thanks to the new batteries!

Heated insole kit and c pack battery, effective with clear instructions for fitting. Helpful advice from Sidas.

I ordered these for my wife who really suffers from cold hands while skiing. It was a last-minute order 48 hours before we left, but the team at Termic-UK were fantastic and got the gloves to us in 24 hours.

The gloves were brilliant and kept my wife hands toasty warm - I feel bad giving just four stars, but a wrist loop fell off the gloves on day two. Easily fixable at home with a needle and thread, but not ideal.

Very professional and helpful staff.

got advice with a product following the loss of my original charging device. item has proven to be successful although arrived with suspect packaging and no instructions so was a little frustrating and also felt like a repackaged item.
