I ordered my hoodie 2 sizes bigger because everything shrinks. And this hoodie does not. Its perfect. Ill be ordering a hoodies that fits me better.

Order didn’t arrive in timely matter even tho paying extra to have here early. With that being said couldn’t wear shirt to the event that it was bought for. Waste of money. Won’t order from again.

Good customer service and timely!

It was not a great experience for shipping as I knew DHL will hand off at the border to Canada post which was on strike, and the shirts were late for Charlie’s birthday😞however we paid extra for fast shipping
And were refunded for that. All in all great customer service and nice shirts! Gif bless🥰🙏🏻!!

So I gave the wrong size one to our son

First Order

My first order and I was very happy with the merchandise. I got a sweatshirt and a bracelet. I was however disappointed that my one bracelet took forever to get to me after my sweatshirt and that they both didn't come together. That is my only compliant. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Buyer Beware

I ordered a freedom t-shirt on sept 28th. Still have not recieved it and the tracking number you gave is no longer valid. Also, with the tracking number, it was always on pre-ship. More than a month is long enough. Sent email but no reply from them. It's Nov. 2 now and I'm out my money because they didn't ship. Shouldn't even get 1 star!
As of Nov. 20, it was stated in an email that in a few days the total amount would be credited to my account. It's now over 2 weeks (I gave some grace time due to Thanksgiving) and I have not recieved any return payment. They had asked me to change my review since they were going to refund my money. I waited and glad I did because they haven't remedied the situation. Do not order from this company as you will be out your money!
On Dec. 8 I posted about not getting my refund. On Dec. 9 I recieved an email about my refund and I finally got my money back. So...even though I wouldn't order from them again. I did get my money back just sucks this whole dilemma took over 2 months. I suppose...buyer beware. Will raise to 3 stars because I did get my refund but they weren't timely about it.

Charged for items never received

I ordered 2 sets of the Dancing Trump ornaments and I only received 1 set but was charged $113.95! I requested a refund for the missing set but Red First has not been very responsive.
