Liars liars liars. Don’t get trapped by this so called company the only time they have responded is at 2:00 in the morning but I will immediately email them back and it’s another 24 hours before they respond , you can’t reach them by phone. they have been telling me for 9 days by 2:00 a.m emails that my shirt has shipped and gave me a tracking number I asked the post office they said that’s not their numbers. $32.00 for a tee shirt that I will never see plus $9.00 to insure it and promise to be here tomorrow . I should have known with a company name like that, they did say by email only that it may take a couple of weeks to find out where it is. Just make me another shirt and overnight it. And forget the 10% refund for my troubles. Just lies!

Address label was damaged in transit which delayed my package. I was disappointed to not have it when promised however GM offered a replacement to be sent within 10 days to make up for the loss. My original package showed up and my new one is on the way at their expense, with apologies. That is good customer service. I might add, I love my shirt.

We bought two sweatshirts for over $100. With the very first wash, both of the strings fell out of the sweatshirts. Also the one sweatshirt look like it had been worn for years because of the horrible quality. I reached out to God merch and sent them pictures and they agreed. They said they would send me
two new sweatshirts. They never sent them. They ignored my messages after that. I will be getting my refund through the credit card company and letting everyone know to STAY AWAY

I placed my order and because I didn't double check my sons address I ended up sending it to his old address which was subsequently sent back to the company. Because it is custom made it was discarded. The company offered to make another one and send it out. This was phenomenal to me as it was my error that they fixed. I appreciate them and I do love supporting small businesses.

I HATE getting emails from Godmerch because I order EVERY time!!! I love their products! I have ordered multiple times and everything is amazing quality and the 1 time I needed to reached out to customer service with a question I got a quick response! Will recommend Godmerch to anyone looking for personalized products!!

I ordered a Grandma shirt on 2/27 and received it quickly and exactly how I ordered it

do to a mix up in my address my ornament was sent back to them. Godmerch has responded to my emails immediately and have made sure I get my product to me correctly. I will definitely shop from them again! Five star rating to them!

I ordered before Christmas and even thought I paid for expedited processing, I got zero communication from them when I asked for a status. I sent multiple emails that got no acknowledgement. After Christmas, I finally decided I had been scammed and disputed the charge on my credit card. THAT got them communicating with me. They sent me a poor quality shirt and then filed with my credit card to charge me full price.
Stay away if you want a quality product of if you like getting timely communication from your vendors.

My Mimi sweatshirt was so pretty, soft and I love it. The shipping was good and the quality of the shirt is excellent. I will be ordering again, soon.

I like their shirts very much i ask for cotton they do it. I ask for no writing on the back they do it. I have had no problems with them.

Please do yourself a favor and save your money. The photos of the products are completely deceptive. You think you are ordering an embroidered/sequined masterpiece of a shirt to celebrate your engagement, because that’s what the photo represents. The product you receive is low quality material with a screen print that looks nothing like the photo. Half of the writing can’t even be seen due to the poor printing quality. It looks like it came from a flea market.

If you order an ornament, you will receive a cheap piece of plastic with a sticker on it (in our case, a torn sticker), and you can see the poorly done printing coming through both sides of the thing.

The products are nothing like what they are represented to be. You will be angry and incredibly disappointed, and in this company’s business model, customer service does not exist.

Don’t do it if you truly don’t want to tarnish an amazing new chapter in your life. You’ll just lose your money. Take the time to find a legit company who provides the products the way they are advertised.

When scrolling thru Facebook I saw the items they had .what caught my eye was the beautiful prints and colors ,so many selections to choose from . I love that we can customize it . I read through the reviews , and I was sold . I purchased mine and love it I will be buying for each holiday . The material was soft and fit oversized the way I like it to feel comfortable , and to move around while playing with the grandbabies .❤️

Their website photos are extremely deceptive. Three of the four items I received were not the same quality as what appeared on their page. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and they asked me to provide some photos and they would help. I did that, and then never heard back from them again. Do NOT buy from this website.

I ordered a custom shirt for my mother in law with 14 names of her grandkids and great grandkids and had it shipped to her address in south Texas.

The order was processed and shipped quickly and delivery was fast as well. She received her gift for Christmas and she loved it. Called me up and was teary eyed.

These products are great and sentimental. More than a shirt it’s a keep sake and definitely something she will cherish and wear with pride. Rather you have a grandma, granny, Gigi or nana. Or any other version these custom shirt will definitely brighten their day.
