Rad delivered on time although packaging was battered and small chip on top of rad, can’t see the chip now it’s fitted.

Problem solving management
1st and last order.
Driver called to say he would be with me in the hour. Then 10 minutes later I received a text saying order is not complete. Called, and still waiting on a response 7 hours later.
Emailed no response.
They'll be told to collect the part order Monday 1st and I'll buy them locally.
Not acceptable.
UPDATE.
After discussing with Cameron we eventually got solutions to the issues we faced on the 1st order. It's all about how suppliers handle customer problems, and Cameron stepped up and solved ours.
Appreciate the effort.
