After my order did not arrive, I contacted this company and they said they would get back to me that day and arrange a replacement, not only have not called, but very difficult to get through to them by phone, they haven’t responded to emails yet,

Placed my order online received delivery date.On the day of delivery received estimated time of delivery and driver contacted me to say what time delivery was due and then got In touch to say he was 1/2 hour away

Speedy service and delivery- it looks amazing in the box- not installed yet so can't comment on quality of heat output etc.

Happy with the overall service. Very happy. The radiator is perfect.

Although the wrong radiator was delivered it was very quickly rectified and was only one digit out on the stock reference.

I was amazed at how quickly the order was delivered and in great condition. There was damage on one box, which I assume occurred during the delivery process, but thankfully no damage to the radiator concerned. The radiators are now fitted and looking great.

I have booked corgi registered gas engineer with a time frame to install designer Radiator . Some the of the chrome parts was missing . They have use old parts to install which makes my new Radiator look old. And holders was missing. I have to buy new ones from Screwfix. Otherwise, it would been excellent .
