Did work for this company through mybuilder paid materials, paint, petrol etc then didn’t pay for 20+ days! Stay well clear very poor communication skills in the office also.

My sale
Throughout the sale of my property the communication was consistent and thorough, every step was explained very well and Megan went out of her way many of times to chase various things up for my self through solicitors and management companies to get the sale process done as quick and efficient as possible. Highly recommend for a smooth sale process

I’ve dealt with Keira whilst trying to sell my property and she was nothing but professional and a breathe of fresh air along the way! I didn’t end up selling due to my buyer pulling out no fault of PP but Keira was still supportive with such positive energy in my new endeavours, a pleasure to work alongside this bumpy road of property!

We had a great experience with The Property Perspective when selling our property recently. We had a difficult buyer and lots of ups and downs, we were fortunate enough to have Keira Walsh as our account manager. Keira was wonderful, she steered us through the whole process with professionalism and kindness. We received regular updates and Keira always had a solution to our many bumps in the road. The customer service we received was outstanding. From the moment we contacted Property Perspective to purchase a house they were on the ball especially our account manager Megan Raby. Megan kept in contact regular, was transparent with information and we felt we built up a good trusting relationship. If ever we move again, we would definitely use Property Perspective, they thoroughly deserve the 5 stars.

Excellent service
Just wanted to thank property prospective for their support in our recent sale and purchase.
I mainly dealt with Kiera who was very understanding, always professional and a fantastic support from start to finish and really helped keep me informed every step of the way during our journey- always a step ahead, super efficient and excellent 1:1 people skills.
Moving house can be a very stressful
and emotional time especially when your solicitors are difficult to get hold of and not very informative, which unfortunately was the case, with property perspective there was always someone at hand to answer my calls and divert me to Kiera who would always give me a full up date.

Megan and the team at property perspective acted as selling agents for my house purchase. They were always contactable, friendly, happy to help and really helped push our transaction along with some slow lawyers. Selling our property was not without it's issues further down the chain, however, Keira was brilliant throughout.
