The Longlevens branch of the Property Centre were excellent to deal with selling our home. Would recommend.

Honestly speaking, the property centre contacted me and promised to have an online video of a flat located at The registry sent to my mailbox on Tuesday (19 Jul). However, there was no response from them afterwards until today (21/7), I called the centre again. The centre coordinator (Grace / Sophie, as the phone reception was very poor). She said the colleague that was in-charge of my case was not available (Mr. Mac Patel), but she could definitely send the video and booking form to me today before day end. However, still, no email response from the centre. Then I re-checked the flat advertisment online, it was already removed by the centre. All I would like to say is that, be HONEST to your clients, about what are available and what are no longer available for them. This is called - professionalism.

This was the property centre in Worcester.

We were in the process of looking for houses/flat with the property centre. The agent - Jamie we had a viewing with one of the days, was absolutely so rude, we we had said that we were stuck in traffic and going to be 10 minutes late. He asked us for specifics, and started interrogating us down the phone.

I believe that we are all adults, and that I didn't need to be interrogated. We had apologised for being late, but then he continued to be horrid.

We will no longer be continuing our search for house through the property centre.

We were very happy with the sale price achieved for our property which was some way in excess of our expectations and the communication through the whole process has been excellent

My husband and I bought our property through the property centre three years ago,everything went fine with that. 👌

Since then I've been looking for a property as an investment,I've looked at a few with them, however I've put in an offer with another company on a property and hopefully I now will proceed to buy,throughout my time searching(which has been a long haul trying to buy)I have been able to contact both Leon from the abbeymead branch and Lee from the longlevens branch Gloucester just to ask advice on certain things and even though they've been extremely busy they've made time to chat with me and call me back if they were busy,i think that speaks volumes considering I haven't purchased with them this time 😊

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PROPERTY CENTRE IN CHELTENHAM From start to finish Barney, Rachel, Oliver and all the amazing staff have kept me updated and informed with what ever was going on with my forever home, so very professional the whole process from selling my home to buying a new one they were brilliant. I also used their in-house solicitors which was organised and the property centre kept me updated, informed and checking relevant paperwork had been done, such a smooth and stress free experience can’t Thankyou all enough would highly recommend.

Faye McDonnell and Mike Burtenshaw are brilliant - helpful, amazing, supportive, honest, kind, hard working and very caring. I thoroughly recommend them. They did a brilliant job selling my home.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star however I had to in order to write this review. The staff are extremely unprofessional, and we are being served a section 21 eviction after we have reported mould in the place several times and requested we end the tenancy early due to our flat being inhabitable. They tried to say we must pay for many expenses that aren't even in our tenancy agreement such as a visual electrical test, a portion of the landlords reletting fees, rent and utility bills until another tenant moves in, if we want to leave early. They had no remorse for the conditions we're living in and slapped us with many fees that aren't justifiable. We are sleeping on the floor in the living room; they took over a month to fix our bedroom window where the handle broke due to rotting away (we have evidence for anyone who wishes to see it), making the bedroom unusable as we would wake up during the night with mouldy water dripping onto us from the ceiling. They are blaming us for the mould when its in fact a structural issue as our flat has no bathroom door, no bathroom window and an extraction fan that doesn't work. We will now have our deposit taken away from us and any chance at a reference for a future letting because they would rather blame us. Also, they are serving us a section 21 eviction and 2 months notice, when our contract ends in 2 months anyway? Bottom line, they will not help their tenants. Very conservative company that have no remorse for the working class renters, but will look after those wanting to buy and sell.

We bought our first home through The Property Centre in Worcester and quite honestly, we could not have done it without our incredible sales progressor, Hannah Taylor. Not only was she the most knowledgeable person we could have asked for, she was also genuine, kind, and very supportive. She chased up even the most minute of issues and always got back to us in good time, especially as our solicitors seemed to communicate better with her than with us.
Hannah was reassuring and patient when our solicitors' website crashed and burned, causing ongoing chaos in the estate world, and she took initiative in trying to contact the interested parties and keep peace. Thank you, Hannah, and the rest of the team at The Property Centre, who always found time to let us into the property when we needed access!

The Property Centre have been in touch and advised me that there will be no charge as they work on a no sale no charge basis so I am increasing there rating a little for that reason.

I wish I had read these reviews before picking an estate agent to sell our house and help us find somewhere to move into. They sold our house within 2 working days of it going on the market. However when it came to helping us to find a property that came on the market within our price range we received nothing. We know that houses came on the market within our price range and were advertised with them but we were not given the heads up about the property so we were unaware of any potential houses to buy or even view. We rang them at least 4 times and told them we had received nothing from them and we were told they would update the other branches of our property search but still nothing happened. Each time we called them we also found out that our details had not been updated. We have now come to a point where we have been priced out of the market and we need to withdraw from the sale of our house and pay the full amount to an estate agent who has only done half a job.

It would be good if they ever answered their phone. 32 times I tried to ring, then gave up. 9/10 of their rental properties advertised are already let, so what's the point in keeping them on their website.? Useless.

Wow! lack capability. Rude. I have recorded calls and e mails to prove this so if anyone wants to get an idea before they commit then drop me a line and I will show you. The girl Rachel who works there is actually quite decent , but the Branch Manager Oliver is really poor.
Poor writing skills, poor verbal skills, poor manners, stuttering, just all round poor. I am a sales manager and there is no way if Oliver asked for a starter/beginner role on 12k basic that he would be successful. 75% negative reviews- 75%????? That's not made up guys, there is something very wrong about this company, but if Oliver is managing the Cheltenham branch then I am not at all surprised- Stay away

The property Centre Churchdown in Gloucester, these people really helped me sell a plot of Land and I couldn't have done it without Mille, she was brilliant, informative and great with the communication.

Please, go elsewhere to a reputable letting agency. I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. We occupied a three story house that we thought we could call home. We were in there for just over 12 months when out of the blue we were served with 6 months notice because the landlords had fallen out and were selling their properties so they could divorce.
Then the problems started, as the three of us had Devi to go our separate ways, it was on arduous task to find three new tenancies where we could all move out within a month of each other.
We found our respective properties and gave notice, we we offered to pay weekly so we did not have to find another months rent on top of the deposits and advanced rents we had to pay. This was refused, we were told that we would have to pay the whole month despite only being in there for about 9 days.
We queried this and after some disputes they agreed for us to leave without any penalties for early termination of the notice or tenancy agreement.
When we finally gave notice, they demanded the whole months rent, we argued this for some time and having gone through the emails I found the agreement to let us leave without penalties in writing.
This made very little difference, we said we would take legal action.
When we left the property was cleaned from top to bottom with anti bacterial solutions and the carpets were cleaned four or five times.
We moved out and handed the keys back, 6 days later they inspected the property and said it required professional cleaning, they stated it was dirty and dusty, I told them the windows had been open for all that time in very dry hot temperatures so naturally dust and Particles would find there way back in.
There was in all honesty a dark mark on a beige carpet, nothing had been spilt on it, it was simply where I had sat in the evenings and the carpet had discoloured, I call that wear and tear. The pile of the carpet was coming out so much that we had to stop cleaning it so as to not make it worse.
They still stole £230.00 from our deposit, we are still receiving legal advice.
The worse part is that we were there customers as well as the landlords, but they only represented them, never us.
Please, please avoid at all costs!!

Awful!!!! The worst letting agent ! Trying to take money from my deposit unjustified! They have done a check in and check out report but was just ignored. I had to get in touch with their Head office and fill a complaint form.

The Property Centre Abbeymead managed the rental of my house in Gloucester for a total of 8 months, and were incompetent throughout. We repeatedly had to chase them for information or updates, to pay money owed, to correct mistakes on invoices, etc. We eventually switched to Belvoir in Gloucester (who we highly recommend), and TPC kept an entire months' rent as a contract termination fee. We HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere if you need a property management service in Gloucester. Terrible.

Incidentally - and to be completely fair - we've used the sales side of the business before and they were excellent.

I have just purchased my property through The Property Centre, Cheltenham and found every member of their team to be extremely helpful and professional. They were constantly chasing up solicitors for all parties in the chain and when I couldn’t find an available removal company in my area (I was moving from West London to Cheltenham) they emailed me a list of local recommended removal companies and I was able to book one straight away. I would definitely recommend them

Avoid with all cost - They will maliciously try to grab your deposit regardless.

I was a tenant for 2 years in one of their properties and had 4 people come to help clean the property for exit interview. We used an industrial carpet cleaner .Cleaned every surface to a standard way higher than when we entered.

Any person with a pair of eyes can compare the pictures they took for the inventory to begin with and see how dirty and disgusting the property was when we moved in (not even hoovered, windows covered in dirt and mould) and how we left it and see we did them a favour.

Now they're trying to claw almost all our deposit to redecorate and clean the property! What a joke! The property wasn't even decorated when we moved in (walls painted over old marking and stains with a DIFFERENT COLOR OF PAINT, washed over and streaky everywhere white on top of yellow).

Disgusting behavior, specifically Julie Curran, Stay well away! You'd think a larger company would be more professional, but as i can see with other reviews this is a common theme. Thieves
