As a first-time buyer, I had a pleasant experience purchasing a property with The Property Centre in Gloucester. The staff at the Quedgeley branch were very responsive during the whole process and would always reply to my queries through phone calls or emails as swiftly as possible. They made sure I was constantly kept in the loop about any progress or delay which made me less anxious as one can imagine.

They do answer messages quickly but are slow at getting any thing fixed.
I have been telling them for two years that the top of the garage needs fixing, it’s been months since we’ve had our lights working in the living room and months since I told them the switch for the shower isn’t working.

Recently sold our house through Property Centre and we were very happy with the level of service and attention we received from the Stroud Branch. Jame Dyer initially came to view the house as we were planning on renting it out for a while after we moved abroad, once abroad we changed our minds and decided to sell. Easy pease since Jamie already had all the necessary details to sell instead.

Through no fault of PC the initial sale fell through, but they found us another buyer in this current hostile house selling environment and we were successful second time round.

Overall we were very happy with how we were looked after and how they kept us informed. If anything did require a nudge, Jamie or Allison were prompt to get back to us.

Having had varying experiences with Estate Agents in the area over the years, we certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Property Centre Stroud to sell or let your home.

Great experience with the Property Centre in Worcester, couldnt recommend enough. They made the process so easy and nothing was too much trouble.

Can’t fault this agent. Property centre assisted me with the purchase of mine and my brothers first home.
Will definitely be going back to the Worcester and St John’s property centre in the future as found I them trustworthy and reliable. Their communication was great throughout and nothing too much trouble. Buying and selling doesn’t have to be stressful when you have a great agent 😀

I dealt with a Charlotte Madden and she's highly unprofessional! she gave me a that for a viewing i provided all my details and called and emailed for 4 days consistently and she never responded. One time I called someone answered and hung up on me. Based on these reviews I do not recommend them. She didn't even have the courtesy to get back to me on the day to cancel.

Not a great lady that showed us around a property, not a very warm welcome. Had booked in viewings very close to each other so ended up pretty much being moved on so the other person could view, bearing in mind that the person after us got a very warm welcome and greeting unlike our family. Just forgot about us viewing it and went on to the next client and left us to go out the back door, worst viewing weve ever had.

Completely useless, absolutely shocking.
They lure you in with a competitive price to sell your property, then when you're in with there sales team your move will die an agonisingly slow death.

I used the Property center once before last year, in that attempted I had offers accepted in June and the sale dragged on until November, before unfortunately collapsing. I thought then that 6 months was a joke how long the property centers sales team took, however I foolishly stuck with them.

On my second attempt I sold, and had my offer accepted in January, and at the time was told by the sales progression team this would be a quick move with almost no chain. A beautiful lie. it has now been 8 months, and there is still no end in sight for me.

For the love of god, avoid the property centre or your purchase will be lost in purgatory forever.
