My experience with The Praetors LLC was very frustrating and costly.

Between 2025 and 2026, I hired this company to develop a mobile app for my business and paid thousands of dollars toward the project. The development timeline continued to be delayed and the deliverables did not match what was originally outlined in the proposal.

After many months of trying to resolve the situation, I formally cancelled the contract and clearly communicated that I did not want to continue the project. Despite this, they continued communicating as if the project was still moving forward and acted as though my cancellation had not been acknowledged.

There was no arbitration process offered, and I attempted to pursue the matter through small claims court in California. However, the company also has connections in New York, which made the situation more complicated to resolve.

As a small business owner investing significant funds into building a mobile app platform, this situation caused serious delays and financial strain for my business.

I’m sharing this experience in hopes it helps other business owners be cautious when entering into development agreements, and also in hopes of connecting with others who may have had similar experiences.
