Beware beware the company took all of my money and didn’t give me a thing. Do not do business with this company. They are not reputable and they can steal your money with no recourse.

BEWARE. They are catfish. Telling you what you want to hear They did not produced the app I hired them to build. They took my money and scammed me. They never intended to do the work. The address is a fake and they are not a business entity with the state of NJ. They are scammers. BEWARE

I don’t think I could be more disappointed in my experience. I had a very simple task for them to develop a product to use in a “validating the problem” phase. They focused way too much on the marketing/logo aspect even though I said that was not a priority due to me having a very limited sample size for my test phase. It’s clear they apply a cookie cutter method even if it doesn’t fit the lean startup methodology I was implementing. On top of that, when I gave feedback on the product they did end up developing, I never got a response. The product they developed was absolute garbage and I ended up developing it myself. I CANNOT emphasize enough that if you have the background/business knowledge, you should NEVER go with this company to develop a test product to confirm a problem hypothesis you have. There are solutions such as loveable.dev that are 1000% better than anything this absolute garbage third party could develop. This is the biggest lesson I learned while launching my startup and is one of the biggest pieces of advice I give to any other entrepreneur. In addition to that, the salesman that initially contacted me, reached back out, and when I told him about my experience, as expected, he gave absolutely no response. I could not be more disappointed in my experience with them.

They have completely disappeared and been non-responsive. If you are like me, as one of the victims who paid a lot of money but nothing in return, please contact me at 817691-2189. We can join forces to file a lawsuit.

Update: They finally contacted me after one month of disappearance. However, they disappeared again and still have not fulfilled their promise of refunding me my $3000 for not fulfilling the last contract they signed with me. They constantly have a lot of struggles in fulfilling their promises of delivering projects, testing links, and refunds.

THE SUITCH IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! They promised to build out an app for my company and we signed a contract. They would constantly try to get me to pay everything up front, but I would always say I will pay a portion every few months once a certain stage of the project was complete. After a year and half of a finished product that was supposed to be completed in a year, they started to seriously lag in quality and progress on the app. Then as I decided to ask for a refund because there was no progress within 4-5 months. ALL THE SCAMS CAME OUT.

I found out they were in multuple legal disputes from many companies and they would purposely place their bank accounts in Afganistan so that all their assets could not be disputed so no refunds are allowed. If you are working with them, LEAVE ASAP. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU AND THEIR WORK QUALITY AND PROGRESS IS EXTREMELY POOR. Moby is very elusive and hard to reach once he takes your money and Robert is not to be trusted as he will not work on your app/product as soon as payment is made. Currently in legal disputes with them.

My experience with "The Suitch" has been nothing less than amazing so far. This company took my money and never completed their task. I kept receiving promises after promises. Also, if you paid via a bank with your debit card, please be careful. The vendor knows after a certain time period it is a challenge to receive a refund and banks like Morgan Chase Executive team and Claims department will not engages in poor business practices in these situations. I have attempted several times to resolve this issues with this vendor, either a different story or more broken promises. If you were not a victim, consider yourself lucky.

The Suitch is a one stop shop to get your website up and running. It is very much a collaborative process and takes some time to go back and forth. Ryan Smith was always available to answer my questions and overall I had a good experience
