Absolutely faultless from getting my initial quote to party day the service and food was amazing. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It was so easy and stress free. Alex and Andre were brilliant, polite and worked really hard to get everyone served. It made my special birthday extra special. All my guests were so excited and everyone said the pizza was the best

The Pizza Post catered for the evening of our wedding in March and they were absolutely brilliant. We were so impressed by their professionalism and of course their amazing Pizza's. They made sure everything ran smoothly and were able to cater for all of our guests dietary needs, including for coeliacs. We would highly recommend the Pizza Post.

What a great Customer experience from start to finish. We hired Pizza Post to cater for my sons 18th birthday evening party at home. From the initial inquiries the team were professional and prompt with the quote and helping us choose a menu. On the day the team were super friendly and well organised to cater for 130 pizzas for hoards of 18 year old party goers! The food was delicious and went down a treat. Thanks again and we would recommend this great company to others.

I’ve got a bit different experience with this company . We purchased a van from them , put straight in mechanics to found out than van need to have new engine. We putted into to two different garages and one price up for £9k and the other one £3.5k ( second garage offered second hand engine instead of new one ) ..
I bought a van for work which I been told by mechanic to not drive until work is carry on . I’m not afford to fix and I’m not afford now to buy new van .I’ve spend thousands of pounds on this van which doesn’t work and should be sold for parts or repair .. the owner doesn’t want to take it back - of course not -
Just wanted to put out here - if I sold something to someone which is broke specially for so much money I would take it back straight away. I could not live with the fact I’ve took money from someone for something which is faulty .. I would feel so bad to cheat someone for so much money . But clearly for this company the individuals doesn’t matter , just making the money is what is matter ..

I found the Pizza post using a google search and I’m so glad I did! Our catering let us down for my children’s christening 10 days before the event. One panicked email to the pizza post late in the evening and within 12 hours we had a quote and a plan! Such seamless communication, everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Payment was an easy process too.
Communication on the day was again straightforward and easy.
Pizza was delicious and everyone enjoyed the different variations. Staff on the van were friendly, helpful and ran a tight ship!
I’m so pleased we found the pizza post, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them! A few of our friends took cards so hopefully we’ll see you again soon at some of their events!

From 1st phone call the team were very helpful, thanks Gabi, then after booking Pip was very responsive & helpful, van arrived on time everyone at the party have all commented how good the burgers & the chips taste.
This is the 2nd time we have had the burger van at a family party so would definitely recommend.
The venue was also impressed so hopefully the guys will get some well deserved extra bookings.

We can’t express enough how amazing the service and pizzas were for our wedding party! All the guests said it was the best pizza they had had and wanted to know all the details!

A delayed review, but absolutely necessary!!

What a fantastic company and family.
We hired the Pizza Post for our annual summer party for children with an oncology diagnosis being treated at Barnet Hospital. The addition of the Pizza Post was the best decision we made and every single person absolutely LOVED the pizza's and burgers. They were all so yummy. you guys really made the day more fun and special.

We will DEFINITELY use them again.

Just had my wedding over the Easter weekend and these guys are truly amazing, nothing is to much trouble my guests all said the pizza was the best they had and was great to have at the end of my wedding day at the hotel lol to, thank you pizza post we will definitely use you again in the future and tell all our friends and people about your company amazing thank you

Pizza Post came to feed us at my husband's 50th birthday party. They were delightful and efficient from beginning to end. The pizzas were delicious - fabulous bases and just the right amount of toppings. Everyone I dealt with, by phone, email and on the night, was absolutely delightful and made the whole process really easy and stressfree. Thanks very much!

I was looking for a caterer for my upcoming wedding this summer.

I have to say, that I didn't enjoy the experience of dealing with this company. It's been stressful from start to finish. I was caught off guard initially when the sales rep called and I was pressed into making the decision. "If you don't do it today, we can't guarantee etc..." "If you pay in full, we'll give you 20 free salads etc... typical sales techniques that just put customers under pressure.

I was feeling stressed about the food situation for my wedding and as a result I said yes, even though, on reflection, pizza wasn't what we wanted. I think, to be honest, I was easy pickings for the sales team. In a moment of weakness I gave in. I was pushed to the absolute limit of my food budget by the sales rep but it wasn't until I came to the point of being about to pay, that I asked how much I was paying. I was told they were expecting me to pay the full amount! Very unclear! I said I couldn't afford that right now and I agreed to pay 50% (but only after some very pushy and manipulative techniques that failed).

Within two days, my fiancé and I agreed that we didn't want pizza for our wedding meal and I decided to cancel. I called to cancel within a week of the original booking. Despite the very short amount of time that had elapsed, I discovered that, by law, I don’t benefit from the usual 14 day cooling off period. The Pizza Post are allowed by rights, to implement their own cancellation policy. Their policy states that if you cancel your event up to 3 months before, they will keep 10%. You can imagine my horror, when I found out it was 10% of the entire quote, NOT 10% of the deposit I had paid!

Although they have done nothing wrong legally, I'm a bride on a very tight budget and I'm absolutely gutted to have been so foolish and to have now lost £200. That is a big chunk of my money and I feel like an idiot for trusting them.

As a gesture of goodwill, it would be good if the Pizza Post were willing to refund me entirely.

Then began the saga of trying to get my money back. Other companies just refund you back to the card you paid on, within 5-7 working days. But not this company! Within 30 working days and I had to hand over my bank account details to get the money.

To be clear, I do have my money back (minus 10% 😭) but it was a complete nightmare from beginning to end.

I'm sorry but I will not be recommending your company to other people. I've really not enjoyed any part of dealing with you.
