The Pin Factory Anmeldelser

Easy service

Delivered on time and product is excellent

The finished product was faulty and not at all like the proof we had signed off on. The delivery date (which was urgent and that we had paid extra for) came and went without any communication. Very disappointed and requested a full refund.

Multiple emails back and forth because of missed changes i asked for and then the order arrived and was wrong...

The whole experience was effortless with the help of Justin and the turnaround was less than I expected. The quality of the pins excellent. I would recommend The Pin Factory to all my friends.

I ordered pins on behalf of the Country Women's Association in Tasmania Inc. for our 90th Birthday. They were so popular that we had to order a second run of 200 and they too have almost all been taken up! A great product and supplier. Thank you.

I love the colours and styling. Prices are fare and service are quick and easy

Everyone in our Club loved them (Great job)

The Pin Factory delivered an outstanding customer experience. Their team was professional, informative, and highly organised, providing support from start to finish. They worked collaboratively to meet our budget and timelines, making the entire process seamless. The product arrived ahead of time and reflected the high quality described.

I never received the item

First time buyer, did a bulk order with a few fellow other units for well over 1,000 coins. Naturally was worried about how the final product would come out however, the team delivered wonderfully. Fantastic quality, speedy turnaround time and the team were more than patient and willing to asisst myself with the many moving parts which encompassed my order. Gave us a fantastic deal with the establishment fee, and the price per unit was more than reasonable. Highly recomend the Pin Factory for anyone looking for a Challenge Coin.
