The Pin Factory Anmeldelser

Very accommodating, friendly service and helped me with my custom designed lapel pin. For the work involved the price was very reasonable. The item arrived before time and was true to my design. Thanks so much Evan and team. Greatly appreciated!

On time, on budget, lovely outcome

We ordered some Jibbitz for our school on two separate occasions.

Both times, the supplier was very timely in putting the order through and getting it to us.

Will recommend for others looking for a similar service.

The people are amazing and they get the job done on time and looking amazing. I have used them twice and both occasions have been great.

Easy process and pins look fantastic. Thank you!

Printed the wrong artwork. Charged us for reissue and promised to meet deadline. Did not meet deadline. Still charged us. So disappointed. Would not use again. It’s just random sales people around the world trying to get your money and coordinate with a factory in China. And they hounded me for this review!!

Great communication which gave me trust in product. Reasonable price. Pleased with quality of the product. Timely production and delivery.

Easy to deal with. Will do business again soon.

Yet another fantastic experience. This time we provided the artwork for a custom design and it was produced exactly how we wanted it. Fantastic service, very prompt. We will use them again in the future when we need to stock up again

Great service, quality and price. Quick delivery

The customer service and end result the pin was great.

Good quality product, timely delivery.

Absolutely fantastic!
I asked for a quote on embroidered patches for a client, and the team were fast to respond, well priced and happy to update my design proof each time my client changed their mind.
I received the patches earlier than the ETA and they look perfect, all colours, sizes, and fonts are spot on.
Thanks Justin!

The process of designing and organising the pins was easy, and the end product was excellent quality

Our medallions arrived on time / great quality – people have commented how nice the weightiness is, and they looked as good as we had hoped for / communication with guys was five-star throughout the order. Tracking was accurate and gave great peace of mind. We'll use them again 🫶

Great experience: delivered on time, great customer service, and high quality.

Efficiency

Overall, we are very happy with the communication, response time, collaborative process, quality and pricing.

Only issue was we were unintentionally mislead on the colouring/tone and as a result the patches have limited use in field activity. This has been rectified promptly with new demo patches generated for feedback for future orders.
Would recommend that any dealings with ADF that very specific requesting of cam colours and patch purpose be asked as a standard question.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely helpful and prompt. I supplied the pic of what I was after and they absolutely nailed it. Could not be happier. Highly recommend these guys and I’ll think of another reason for more pins.
