The staff are so helpful and professional. We have a rescue Whippet and they have helped us with her diet to help her gain weight healthily. Their service is above and beyond, keep it going!!

Fabulous
Having an older new pup with constant tummy trouble due to the food we were given was a nightmare. At the end of my tether after about 3 weeks, l went to The Pet Experience for advice. Bev was amazing, went through all the options and eventually with her help l decided on the Tippee puppy food… not looked back all is good and tummy issues cleared up very quickly. Cormac and his team are always so helpful. Huge thanks from me and a very happy Pup

Superb service
Oh my word. I needed a very small, £1.99 part for a Trixie Travel box that we had lost. Trixie (Germany) wouldn’t supply the part directly and directed me to local retailers. Of course none replied as the part was so small …except Cormac Lineham from The Pet Experience Ltd Chickerell. Not only did Cormac respond and agreed to source the £1.99 part, but he even dropped it off on his way home. Unbelievable service and a very nice guy to boot

A great range of cat food, toys and accessories
A great range of cat food, toys and accessories. We've recently re-home our first cat (nearly 3 years old) and were delighted to find The Pet Experience sell the same brand of food the cat is used to and at a great price. Lots of great toys and accessories available too!

I was in weymouth for the weekend and decided to visit pet experience it indeed was a very valuable experience the owner shared his knowledge about dog he recomemded some food for my itchy dog and also shampoo it has helped a lot i can see A lot of difference
I would recomemnd this shop to all pet parents
And once again thank you for a wonderful pleasant friendly place

Five paw star review!
I have been using The Pet Experience for 12 years now. They have given me support and advice on all three of my dogs over this time. I recommend their services regularly and I always get great feedback from friends that have taken me up on my recommendations.
Cormac knows all three of my dogs so well that I don't need to tell him the history when I need advice on a new issue.
Cormac and his staff helped to keep our dogs fed and safe over COVID offering home deliveries.

Always a good experience
We have been using the pet experience for years now. Great team and friendly too. Excellent service. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for our cats. The loyalty card is also a real bonus.

Excellent Pet Shop.
As always The Pet Experience is our first choice for all our dogs needs. When Cormac didn't have poo bags with handles in so I could use them with my walking aid, he ordered them to be stocked at the shop without and worries.
Cormac, Chris & Bev are always on hand to help and advise with everything related to our animals.
